The Space:
Morning light drifts across the skyline as trade winds move gently through the lanai, bringing the steady rhythm of Waikiki into your day. From your spot high above the street, you can take in city views with Diamond Head in the distance while the neighborhood hums below. Evenings settle in just as easily, with soft breezes and the glow of Honolulu lighting up the horizon.
The Space
Set on the 14th floor of the Waikiki Banyan in Tower 1, this entire rental unit offers a comfortable stay for up to four guests. The living area opens directly to a private lanai, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help keep the space comfortable, while a TV and fast wifi support both quiet downtime and staying connected.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and includes one Queen-size bed and one Full-size bed. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and cotton linens create a restful environment. A closet and dresser provide convenient clothing storage, and the bedroom connects directly to the bathroom.

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, hot water, a bidet, and bathroom essentials. Its straightforward layout supports both quick mornings and relaxed evenings.

Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
