Nuestro estudio remodelado, de un dormitorio y un baño, con cocina y solo a pasos de la mejor playa de San Juan. Encantador con todo lo que necesita para hasta cuatro huéspedes. Una cama king size, sistema de aire acondicionado, cocina y WiFi. Uno de los mejores vecinos relajantes y seguros del área metropolitana y de San Juan. Cerca de playas, aeropuerto, centros comerciales y lugares de entretenimiento, muy buenos restaurantes cercanos, todo a pie, Uber o alquiler propio. Camina hasta el parque, la playa, los restaurantes, el bar y otros lugares cercanos.

The property wasn’t that bad… They put cameras the second we arrived had to use stairs… They answered me pretty quickly when i had a problem

Nicely recently renovated condo few steps from the beach and restaurants.

I would recommend it. Nicely recently renovated. Full kitchen with everything needed but would have been nice to have a toaster. Comfortable queen size bed and a sofa bed. Good location, few steps from the beach, close to restaurants and grocery stores (walking distance). Parking included. A bit tight for more than 2 guest, since it's set up for two guests and not much clothes storage. Very small pool. Window doesn't open, no balcony. Would have been nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella.

This is not the property that you think you are getting! The picture is a complete bait and switch! There is no pool and that pretty blue building in the picture is around the block (we found it on a walk) other items to note: • property manager didn’t take us up to the property himself and seemed anxious to leave before we’d seen it, didn’t go over anything other than how to open the key lockbox • pics of property exterior are totally false, isn’t even the same building as what appears in the Expedia listing (same pics appear on other sites, not just Expedia) • room décor similar in style to website photos, but actual unit we stayed in had different wall décor/kitchen cabinets etc. so we were clearly in a different unit than the one advertised in listing (pics are from an upper floor unit???) • no private pool as listed • no wifi as listed • bed was a queen, not king as listed • no toilet paper in unit, bought our own • found a microwave in the closet but had to use floor outlets because kitchenette outlets don’t work • no towel racks in bathroom so no place to hang towels/wet clothing • unit had cookware/plates/bowls/glasses but no cooking/eating utensils • location was noisy (both inside and out)

Lugar hermoso y acogedor!!!

Fueron las vacaciones menos planificadas y resultaron ser un sueño. Lugar bello ...limpio una limpieza que da gusto estar allí. Habitaciones y apartamentos modernos y bien amueblados tienen kitchenet todo en perfectas condiciones. El servicio excelente el dueño José te hará sentir que estas en casa. Gracias por todo...por lo demás una piscina con cascadas super relajante...puedes ir caminando a la playa y todo está cerca desde farmacias, hospital y vida nocturna. Uber funciona excelentemente así que es la alternativa de transportación idónea!

Owner was very helpful. Once you’re settled in, the condo unit is perfectly appointed. Comfortable bed, good A/C, fridge, TV all done well. Walking distance to Pirilos and Kasaltas and beaches. Enjoyed our stay

Good location. Near the beach. Located close to the gated neighborhood.

Good location. Near lots of restaurants and the beach is only a few steps away. A good apartment, priced reasonable. The surrounding areas are good and the people are nice. If you are looking for a 5 star apartment, this isn’t the place, but if you are looking for a valued facility with good location, this might be the place for you.

Falsely Advertised!!! Stay away!

Do not stay here! This listing is completely fabricated! The picture online of the pool and the light blue unit is not where you stay! When we arrived, first impression is we are in the projects we have friends who live in San Juan who came to take us out that said don’t walk at night. The building is a run down apartment building and doesn’t look like the pictures At all. Looks like a crack house with gated doors and windows. The beautiful online picture with the pool and light blue unit is not where you stay and we couldn’t even find it, it is a block or two away. It is listed as beachfront. Not at all beach front. It does have beach access but beachfront is a key difference (especially when someone is booking a tropical vacation and using online description to make choices) Says king bed (double bed) says microwave washer and dryer (doesn’t exist). The window to the bathroom wouldn’t close and was exposed to the outside. When we arrived no AC! They didn’t have it on so we arrive and room is 85 degrees. It’s the Caribbean probably should have that on for guests. And then the AC didn’t work. Notified owner and didn’t hear back until next day at 10:30am. Said we weren’t using correctly bc compressor wasn’t on. Even though when we turned it on it showed 16 degrees C with a snowflake icons but wasn't blowing cold air. Jose, If there are extra steps you should either 1 go check the unit and make sure it works before (and have air on for guests before arrival) or 2 leave detailed instructions. By the time we heard back next day (after a miserable night in the heat) we already booked another hotel due to a wedding bc we had to get ready and couldn’t in a 85 degree room. Owner (Jose) refused to refund remainder of trip. I Offered to still pay first night and cleaning and booking fee. He REFUSED. Wish I could share actual pictures we took. Stay away at all costs. The price seems too good to be true and it was. I have learned, and this one is somewhat on me for buying into the misleading information and false advertising. Already filed a case with VBRO to get my money back and to request the online pictures of the unit to be change to reflect actual pictures.

well when we first got there we were given the wrong room , next day got the room we initially was supposed to have & still had to pay for cleaning in the wrong room . Kinda disturbing but Jose was very understanding & nice about everything. The room we got was a good room . We will definitely look for one of Jose properties next vacation

Pictures didn’t match

What we saw online was not what we experienced when we stayed there. It was not clear, online, which pictures went with which unit, and what we thought we selected was different than what we got. Also, only one apartment has an ocean view.

This condo is everything you’re going to want in a place to stay in Puerto Rico. Close to everything

The condo is exactly how it’s pictured,we didn’t cook at all but you have everything you need Incase you wanted to. We had the unfortunate luck of being stuck in Puerto Rico during a snow storm 😎😁😍back home and we let the manager know and he was able to find us another unit on his property for a few extra days. If you’re looking for a place to drop your bags and go have fun and explore the island then this is your spot!!!!

Jose, was very welcoming and informative regardless of the time if we had any question he answered.

Place was clean, very comfortable and homey, close to the beach and restaurants. We will define stay her again the next time we’re in the San Juan area.

It will be our pleasure to assist you in any need that you may have while staying with us. We can also assist you with tickets, tours, shows, restaurants and/or things to do. Guest have access to three nearby beaches, one surfing beaches, pool, terrace and balcony all within the property. Also nearby the property have a park with tennis court, basketball court, soccer field and park.
