Nestled in the heart of the world-renowned Palmetto Dunes resort, this beautifully updated vacation home offers breathtaking views of the iconic 11-mile lagoon—a serene backdrop perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or peaceful paddling.
Just a short walk from the beach, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home blends refined Lowcountry style with all the comforts of a modern escape. Inside, you'll find a bright, open layout with upscale finishes, vaulted ceilings, and generous living areas designed for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining. Outdoors, a private pool, expansive deck, and covered porch create the ultimate setting for enjoying Hilton Head’s year-round sunshine and lagoon-front tranquility. 20 Sea Lane offers a vacation experience that feels both exclusive and effortlessly comfortable.
***At this time, the dock at 20 Sea Lane is not usable as it is currently under construction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while these improvements are being made.***

Guests receive a special credit to enjoy delicious, restaurant-quality meals delivered straight to their vacation rental—so you can spend less time cooking and more time relaxing on Hilton Head Island.

PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH
• 10-12 minute walk to the beach
• Beach Wagon for Guest Use
• Free door-to-door shuttle service in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove (runs seasonally March-October)

• Parking for a maximum of 5 vehicles. All vehicle parking must be located on improved surfaces, like driveways, and cannot be on grassed or landscaped areas.

• Shared Dock with one other home (8/19 At this time, the dock at 20 Sea Lane is not usable as it is currently under construction.)

While work is active at times, the beach remains open for guests to enjoy and access the shoreline daily. We appreciate your understanding as the community works to enhance and preserve our beautiful beaches!
