in the Southwest of Cape Coral. This exquisite villa promises an

With 4.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a pool bathroom, Villa Al
Palasyo is designed to provide the utmost comfort and indulgence. The
giant master bedroom with an En-Suite bathroom, offers enough space for
relaxation and a deep sleep and the office doubles as an additional
bedroom, providing flexibility for your accommodation needs. 3 more
guest bedrooms (2 queen and 1 king), which are perfectly suited for
guests, are located in the left wing of the house with two additional
bathrooms (one of which is also an en-suite and doubles as a pool
bath).
The house provides a TV in all bedrooms.

The wood-style kitchen, a real eye-catcher, is placed right in the
middle of the open living- and dining area. Plus, there's a Nespresso
machine, making it a cozy and tasteful spot for your coffees in the
morning or during the days.

The villa features a table top soccer, 2 double kayaks, 2 bicycles,
fishing rods and a table tennis. Whether you are looking for adventure
or relaxation, Villa Al Palasyo leaves nothing to be desired. Immerse
yourself in the serenity of the surroundings and relax in the luxurious
outdoor areas on the sun loungers. Step into the outdoor paradise,
where a large tiki area awaits you right by the water canal. The

of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1500.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.

of the damage deposit via the status link provided in the booking
confirmation email.
