Esta propiedad frente al mar se encuentra en el lado norte de la isla en Narrows, y cerca del Pink Sands Hotel. Se encuentra a poca distancia de la pintoresca ciudad de Dunmore. La casa tiene panoramas impresionantes desde su gran cubierta envolvente y tiene acceso privado a la playa, es el escenario aislado perfecto para sus vacaciones en las Bahamas.

Beautiful home with great location!

We had an excellent stay during our family vacation. The home was beautiful, extremely well maintained, with incredible views. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and even arranged a private chef for an evening. Direct access to the beach and close proximity to fabulous restaurants. 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful private vacation rental

Our family loved staying here for our trip to Harbour Island. The owner is extremely accomodating and helpful. Communication with property management was easy and the home was beautiful! Fabulous view and easy beach walk to our fav restaurants! 5 stars!!

Well appointed beachfront property

The property is spectacular; the Pink Sands Beach is truly one of the most stunning beaches on the planet. The layout of the property is open plan and this worked well for our group as it was comprised of multiple families and friends. The management team were attentive and professional - they also took care of golf carts and boating excursions for us. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you again!

Not a great value

I rarely do reviews but we were not satisfied. There were screens that were not attached to doors and windows. Furniture that was missing cushions. The beachfront location and Mishou were wonderful but the property did not look in person the way it did online. The power went out constantly. There was no hot water in the guest house. I feel the massive construction that woke everyone each morning and that we listened to all day while on vacation should have been disclosed. Also accommodations in that price range should have higher quality bedding.

Perfect location, safe and clean

We stayed at the house for a week and had an incredible time. The check in process was incredibly easy and the staff at the house went out of their way to ensure that we felt at home. We miss it there already. Would recommend this place to anyone.

My Favorite Spot

Harbour Island has been one of our families favorite spots for many years now. This year did not disappoint. It started with a great initial contact with the property manager, and got better from there with dining and a private chef suggestion that was one of the highlights of our family trip. The house is fantastic on great location on the beach, just a short walk to one of resorts for dinner or a short golf cart ride to many restaurants and shopping. The house is spacious, cool with all the amenities you need. We will be back next year, if not sooner…

Harbour Island Perfection

Had a wonderful time at this property. The location of the house with your own private pink sand beach is perfect and the layout and amenities of the property are excellent! The owner had everything covered; housekeeping, grounds maintenance, beach equipment & golf carts. I have to say that everything about our experience exceeded my expectations!

Comfortable beach abode

Beautiful open plan home located in a private section of the island. The off road golf carts were imperative and we are grateful for them having set that up for us. The staff were all courteous and sanitized their hands consistently and wore face masks at all time - we felt safe despite COVID 19 being rampant back home in the US. Thanks for everything, Alex!

Easy booking process

Straightforward to book and a warm and friendly place to stay - our teenagers loved all the beach equipment and seeing the swimming pigs. We look forward to returning to Harbour Island sometime in the near future.

Right on the beach - ideal for families and larger groups

This is our first time on the island and in the Bahamas - we live on the water in Palm Beach, FL so family were set on *only* staying at a property located right on the beach. The fact that we chose this house paid dividends - the proximity to the ocean is simply unbeatable and the evening swims were some of the best beach moments I've had over the last few years. It's truly an unbelievably beautiful beach. The golf carts were great to shoot into town with and my wife and kids all appreciated the extra things they arranged such as groceries as well as the boating outing which entailed seeing the swimming pigs, cliff jumping, and seeing the turtles and sharks. Their captain was highly professional and licensed + he had lifejackets and was proficient in first aid, We had a bad experience a few years ago in St Barts so we are always attentive of these things when we travel in the Caribbean.

I had a great time. The host was very helpful and prompt.

A fantastic stay at this beautiful open plan property. This is now my second stay at the property this summer and third year in a row on the island. Like last time, the staff at the house organized golf carts for us and took care of our grocery order in advance of our arrival. We also went out on the swimming pig / snorkeling / turtle excursion - my wife, kids and brother adored it. The captain they had for us was far more competent and safer than some of the others we’ve seen from Harbour Island. We’ll be back next year - I will miss that gorgeous beach!

HIghly relaxing first trip to Harbour Island.

We chose the property because we wanted to be located right on the beach. The house has stunning 180 degree vistas looking north and south down the beach. A bonus for us was that the house is situated at the private and northern end of the island known as the narrows - we heard in town from the locals that this has long been the most upscale neighborhood on the H.I and we found this to be accurate. The beach is stunning and you basically have your own private lot of sand. There's no loud music, hotels or other people - total serenity. Like other guests remarked, we also had our golf carts taken care of by them. We went out on the swimming pig and turtle excursion tour - our advice would to also do the rope swing / shipwreck / snorkelling aspect (especially if you have teens like us) as it was *highly* enjoyable. All in all, the extras were reasonably priced and what was great was the lack of hassle - they set everything up. You 100% need golf carts to get around. I look forward to hopefully returning to the island and house soon! I would like to thank the host for their hospitality.

We just returned from Six Shillings and had an amazing time. The house is updated, comfortable and very user friendly. Natasha and Ilka made the reservation process very easy. Ilka assisted us with anything we needed and provided wonderful concierge services.

Fantastic and hospitable stay, would definitely recommend to others!

The entire team at the house was exceptional - they organized golf carts (the only way to get around) for our entire group at no extra charge. I was also very relieved with all the groceries being taken care of by them ahead of time! We had some fantastic fishing outings and the chef that they provided was top notch - the dinners at the house were reasonably priced! The property itself is beautiful and located right on the beach in the most exclusive area of the island! Maid service is comprehensive and the house has full time staff. I strongly recommend this property, you cannot go wrong!! It was my first trip to the Bahamas and I will definitely be back with my family!!

Paradise Found

Six Shillings is one of my most favorite places to stay. We have stayed in the home several times and it seems to get better and better each and every time. The house is immaculate and has anything you may need for a comfortable stay. It is right on the beach and has a beautiful deck area to relax and look out over the ocean. I highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a beach front property. We always enjoy our time there!

Beautiful home on a beautiful beach

We stayed at Six Shingles for four nights in early December. A very well maintained property, beautifully equipped and comfortable for a family or couples. Very private, no sense of the homes on either side, and the beach is as good as they say. Very well managed and excellent communication from the owner’s representative. Not inexpensive, but a good value, and a great time for our family.

Incredible vacation property - 5-Star View/home!

Stayed here with three other couples to celebrate my/my husband's 50th birthdays. It could not have been a more perfect home. From the moment you walk in the front door you are blown away by the incredible views of the ocean! Perfect size for our group of 8 adults - each couple had their own large bedroom/private full bath. All bathrooms have been recently renovated and the kitchen is clearly brand new and well equipped. The layout of the house is amazing. Large vaulted ceiling main room with plenty of comfortable couches/seating...great for hanging out. But the enormous wrap around deck is the key to the house! Tons of great outdoor seating and the views are not to be believed. And just a short sandy path leads you to the beach....where you find the nicest, cleanest, soft sand that I've ever walked on. The housekeeper was amazing and the VRBO/house manager contact helped with all the details: golf cart rental, dining suggestions and organizing an INCREDIBLE private chef to make dinner for us one evening. I have to admit I don't usually take the time to write these reviews but this experience is too good to not pass along. Just an A+ experience all around! Can't wait to go back!
