Relájese y descanse en este condominio de 2 dormitorios recientemente remodelado con vista a las hermosas aguas de la costa esmeralda.

Sunseekers # 3 (The Breezeway) es un condominio en el segundo piso que ofrece dos habitaciones, dos baños con pisos de baldosas en todas partes. Hay una cama queen en cada habitación con un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Siéntese en el balcón privado al que se accede por la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.

Este condominio está directamente en el Golfo con solo unos pocos metros de césped verde entre usted y la arena blanca. El edificio tiene una densidad extremadamente baja con solo diez unidades, por lo que prácticamente tienes la playa para ti.

La propiedad se encuentra a lo largo de la hermosa 30-A en Blue Mountain Beach, que se encuentra entre Gulf Place y Grayton. Seaside se encuentra a pocos minutos al este y Gulf Place a pocos minutos al oeste. Las actividades locales incluyen andar en bicicleta a lo largo del carril bici de 30-A, golf en el club de golf de Santa Rosa a pocos minutos, o ir de compras en el cercano Seaside o Sandestin, que está a solo unos 15-20 minutos en coche.

This location cannot be beat. You are steps away from pristine beach. It is not crowded and the property manager provides impeccable service. This is the first place I’ve stayed that I WILL be back to rent again. No questions asked. Great value and great place to stay

Cute and cozy and very clean! Comfortable beds. Exactly as pictured. The view was impeccable! So convenient being steps away from the sand. Hearing the waves 24/7 made it a very relaxing vacation. We hit the jackpot for our first time in Blue Mountain Beach and won’t stay anywhere else when we visit again. Private beach access was a huge bonus! Great location close to lots of cute spots. Highly recommend renting bikes and e-bikes if you want to explore farther. Great communication from Paradise Properties. We had no issues. 12/10!

This view was totally unobstructed! So nice to be able to come up from the beach and relax on the deck, still enjoying the sound of the waves and the views. You can be in the shade or still in the sun on the deck as well, so you’re not missing out on that tan as there is one spot you can sit in the Adirondack chair for most of the day in the sun. Great location, walkable to the bakery, the bike shop, restaurants and local convenience stores. This condo building is such a perfect spot with a private beach. Will definitely visit again.

Best Location and view

The apartment is dated and would need some TLC, however, it was extremely clean and we were so please with the location, few steps and you are literally in the water. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect for us

Just needed a quick getaway on a beach and this place was perfect. Condo is a little dated but you can’t beat the view and location. We loved that there were several restaurants within walking distance.

Best stay ever!

Condo was clean and fresh and only steps from the water. Easy in and out. Lots of room and the view could not have been better! Beach was not overly crowded and water was so clear! Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Absolutely wonderful! Loved the views and the kitchen was stocked well with all the pots and pans we would need! Little things like that made the stay even better. Definitely will return!
