Ground Floor

Garage: Space for 2 vehicles, elevator access, and equipped with beach equipment, including beach chairs, a beach wagon, a canopy, a cooler backpack, and sand toys.

Outdoors: Heated pool, pool loungers, outside dining table with seating for 8, gas grill, and mini fridge

Second Floor

Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, and blender. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Dining table with 6 dining chairs and 3 chairs at the breakfast bar.

Living Room: Comfortable L-shape sofa with throw blankets, sitting chair, and TV with sound bar. Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony that overlooks the pool with comfortable outdoor seating and stairs into the backyard.

Bedroom #1: Queen bed with nightstand, ceiling fan, dresser, wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony space.

Bathroom #1: Single vanity sink with standing shower. No tub.

Third Floor

Bedroom #2: The master bedroom has a King bed, bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, a wall-mounted TV, a private balcony, a walk-in closet with a full-length mirror (Queen-size air mattress in the closet), and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Double vanity sink, water closet, soaking tub, standing shower

Bedroom #3: Queen bed with bedside tables, dresser, wall-mounted TV, and ceiling fan.

Bathroom #3: Single vanity sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4: Queen bed with bedside tables, dresser, wall-mounted TV, and ceiling fan.

Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property allows for 2 parking spots in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles, and 2 spaces in the garage. Grass and street parking is not permitted.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Cafe, Beach shops, and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park, which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, and Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training. Also, Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.
