Located in the Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas, this area is home to families and KU Medical Center residents. The neighborhood features Rosedale Park with a disc golf course, skate area, playing fields, and tennis courts. Nearby, shaded trails in Mount Marty Park lead to the Rosedale Memorial Arch, a WWI veterans tribute. Dining along Rainbow Boulevard offers casual BBQ, taquerias, and Asian cuisine including pho and Thai curries.

Step inside to an open-concept living area that flows into the kitchen and dining space, creating a welcoming environment for everyday living and relaxation. Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms—each furnished with a cozy queen bed. One of the bedrooms also includes a TV, perfect for winding down at the end of the day. A washer and dryer are located in the basement for your convenience.

A sliding patio door in the kitchen opens up directly to the fully fenced backyard. There, you'll find a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock—ideal for enjoying outdoor time in comfort and privacy.

The backyard is shared with the neighboring unit and includes a gate on both sides of the building. If you're bringing pets, please note that both units may share the outdoor space with their animals.

The fenced in backyard is shared with the unit next to this one. Please note that both units will share the space with their pets if you are bringing them.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
