⭐ WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP

Boasting 6 spacious and comfy bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, you’ll find plenty of room in our Surfside Solace to accommodate every single member of your family or group.

✦ Master Bedroom (2nd floor): with a four-poster King bed, and a full ensuite bathroom with a standing shower.
✦ Second Bedroom (2nd floor): with a King bed.
✦ Third Bedroom (2nd floor): with 2 Full beds.
✦ Fourth Bedroom (1st floor): with a King bed.
✦ Fifth Bedroom (ground floor): with a King bed.
✦ Sixth Bedroom (ground floor): with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full).

Not to mention that our master bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, with a desk and an office chair, for all our guests who need to work remotely from home during their stay.

Cook whatever your heart may crave in our state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with the most modern appliances, and make your favorite gourmet dishes. You’ll find whatever you may need in our kitchen, from a blender and a rice maker to both a Nespresso and a drip coffee maker (we of course offer complimentary ground coffee and sugar). And the open floor plan between our kitchen and dining area will be sure to bring the family together during meal time.

⭐ PET FRIENDLY!

- Prior approval is kindly required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the pool.

⭐ Kindly Note

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (located by the front door, and overlooking the driveway). No cameras inside the house.

- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels. No amplified sounds, speakers are allowed outside the house at any time.

- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 6 cars).

- BBQ Grill and an empty extra propane tank are provided. Guest are responsible for exchanging the propane tank at the local stores for use.

- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $40/night or $800/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and the pool heater may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know a week before you check-in.

- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
