Arrival Flow (What to Expect):
First, you will receive a confirmation email welcoming you to Coastline and guiding you to complete the rental agreement.
Next, you will receive your personalized arrival details once the agreement is completed. These include your access instructions, parking information, and any property or community notes for your stay.
Then, on the day of your arrival, our concierge team will reach out to welcome you to the area and answer any last-minute questions.
Finally, you will enjoy self-check-in using your unique smart lock code, which is created specifically for your reservation.
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Minimum Age: Primary booking guest must be 25+.
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee will apply to any smoking/vaping/marijuana-related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation.
Dogs (Pre-Approval Required):
Up to 2 small, well-behaved indoor dogs under 30 lbs each
$125 taxable, non-refundable dog fee per reservation
Unauthorized or undisclosed animals: $500 violation fee and may result in eviction without refund
No dogs in community pools/fitness/pool enclosures (HOA)
No dogs on Walton County beaches (including emotional support animals); ADA service animals permitted per applicable law
Golf Cart (Documentation Required):
Keys will not be provided until driver's license and proof of auto insurance (front/back) are received
Driver must be 21+ and a registered guest
May only be used on roads with posted speed limits of 35 MPH or less
Not permitted on Highway 98, sidewalks, bike paths, trails, beaches, or pedestrian-only areas
Lost/stolen golf cart key: $500 replacement fee plus shipping
Guest responsible for any citations, fines, violations, or damage
Minimum Age Requirement
The primary reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older and must remain on-site for the duration of the stay. Valid government-issued identification may be required for verification. Reservations made under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.
Registered Guests Only / Occupancy Compliance
Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless prior written approval is granted by Coastline Condos. Guests are responsible for ensuring the number of occupants at the property does not exceed the number listed on the reservation. Exceeding the registered guest count may result in fines, removal from the property, or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Rental Agreement Required
A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. The rental agreement must be completed within the required timeframe after booking. Arrival details, access instructions, and property-specific check-in information are released only after the agreement is completed.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund, fines, and additional charges.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind (including marijuana, e-cigarettes, and similar products) is prohibited anywhere on the property, including interior spaces, balconies, patios, decks, porches, and common areas. A minimum charge equal to the full cleaning fee will be applied for any smoking-related violation, with additional charges assessed as necessary for remediation, deodorization, or damage repair.
Quiet Hours / Noise Ordinance
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with local ordinances and community rules. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted at any time. Violations may result in fines, penalties, or eviction.
Community Rules
Guests must comply with all applicable HOA, resort, or community rules associated with the property.
Replacement fees and any additional charges (fines, penalties, or assessments imposed by the community or HOA due to guest violations) may be requested through Airbnb's Resolution Center or other Airbnb-approved methods, in accordance with platform policies.
Security Devices & Tampering
Tampering with, disabling, obstructing, or interfering with any safety, security, or monitoring equipment, including smart locks, is strictly prohibited. A minimum charge of $150 will be applied for any tampering, with additional charges assessed as necessary.
Booking & Arrival Requirements
A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation and must be completed within the required timeframe after booking.
After the rental agreement is completed, Coastline will release your arrival details, including access instructions, parking information, and any property- or community-specific notes relevant to your stay. Arrival details are not released prior to agreement completion.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are determined by the settings of the booking platform used and are displayed at the time of booking. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy associated with your booking channel. Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by that policy and platform terms.
Rates, Discounts & Promotions
Rates, discounts, promotions, coupons, or rewards are subject to change at any time without notice. Pricing may fluctuate daily or more frequently based on availability, demand, and market conditions. Any quoted rate is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed and payment is received. Official quotes, when provided, are valid for up to 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase third-party travel insurance, as Coastline Condos does not provide refunds outside the published cancellation policy.
Technology & Connectivity
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Guests who rely on uninterrupted connectivity should travel with a personal hotspot as a backup. Coastline can assist with basic troubleshooting and will contact service providers when needed; however, service outages and restoration timelines are outside Coastline's control.
Parking & Community Access
Parking is limited to designated spaces only. Community requirements and restrictions vary by HOA and will be outlined in arrival details.
Access Credential Replacement Fees
Guests are responsible for safeguarding any parking passes, wristbands, access fobs, or other credentials provided. Replacement fees are property-specific and are disclosed in the “The Space” section when applicable. When applicable, the following replacement fees apply:
- Wristbands: $15 per item
- Parking passes: $20 per item
- Gate openers or access keys: $125 per item
- Unreturned credentials requiring mailing: $150 inconvenience fee plus shipping and replacement costs. Replacement fees and any additional charges may be requested through Vrbo's Resolution Center or other Vrbo-approved methods, in accordance with platform policies
Seasonal Extended Stays (Snowbird Program)
From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st-of-the-month arrival and 1st-of-the-month departure date.
For seasonal extended stays, the following additional cleaning fees apply:
- Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
- Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee.
- These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.
Smoking Damage & Extra Cleaning
A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.
Damages, Liability, and Security
As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest/invitee-caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls/charges, fines/assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking/vaping/marijuana, or dog-related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.
Shipping & Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.
Lost and Found Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned.
Safety and Security: Certain properties may be equipped with safety and security devices such as monitored systems or exterior cameras (no interior spaces are monitored).
Vrbo Reservations & Resolution Center

By signing the rental agreement, Guest agrees that damages will be handled through Vrbo's Resolution Center in accordance with Vrbo's host protection policies. If a loss is not reimbursed by Vrbo, Guest remains responsible under the rental agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

- HVAC: Doors and windows must remain closed when AC is in use.
- Water & Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed; wipes and paper towels can cause blockages.
- Dehumidifiers (if applicable): These help maintain comfort in coastal climates; please leave them powered on.
Appliances:
- Washer/Dryer: Please clean the lint trap after each use.
- Dishwasher: Runs best when loaded properly and not overloaded.
- Refrigerator: Items may take several hours to fully cool after loading. Avoid adjusting internal temperature settings.
- Garbage Disposal (if applicable): No fibrous items, shells, or grease.
Trash & Recycling: Community-specific trash instructions, pickup schedules, and bin locations are included in your arrival details.
Television & Wi-Fi:
- Television setups vary by property. Some offer Smart TV functionality while others use standard cable or HDMI input; please review the listing photos for the setup in this home. Guests are welcome to bring personal streaming devices or gaming consoles (such as Roku, Firestick, PlayStation, or similar). If you connect your own device, please return all cables and equipment to their original configuration before checkout. Please remember to log out of any personal streaming accounts you access on the home's televisions. Coastline cannot guarantee compatibility with all personal devices, though our team will do our best to assist if needed.
- Wi-Fi network information is provided in your arrival details and posted inside the home.
Outdoor Spaces:
- Decks, patios, and balconies must be used safely and responsibly.
- Towels, clothing, beach gear, and personal items may not be hung over railings or left unattended in exterior areas. These items must be stored properly when not in use, in accordance with community guidelines.
- Failure to maintain a tidy exterior or comply with community standards may result in warnings or additional charges assessed by the HOA or Coastline.
- Outdoor furniture should remain where it is placed to prevent damage from wind and to maintain the presentation of the home.
Starter Essentials Provided:
- To make your arrival comfortable, Coastline provides a thoughtfully prepared starter amenity kit. These items are meant to help you settle in and may not last the duration of your stay.
- Guests typically purchase additional supplies for longer visits or larger groups.
- Your starter kit includes: professionally laundered white sheets and towels for each bed; at least one washcloth and one large towel per guest (based on total home accommodation capacity); one roll of paper towels; three kitchen trash bags; two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom; hand soap in each bathroom and in the kitchen; dish soap and a sponge; two dishwasher pods; two laundry detergent pods; and travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. Please note: beach towels are not included.

- Quiet hours vary by community and are included in your arrival details. Please be mindful of neighbors in shared or coastal communities.
