🏡Welcome to the Neighborhood! - The Prominence community is a gem! You're steps away from everything at The Big Chill. This includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater that has a covered event pavilion. It also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family “screen on the green” movie night. There is entertainment most nights during the season. Several delights await you! Terrific BBQ, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay. - There are an endless amount of great restaurants to choose from. Black Bear Bread Co in Grayton Beach or a lazy Saturday morning at Great Southern Cafe in Seaside are our personal favorites. Pecan Jacks for ice cream also can't be missed!!
🏖️Let's go to the Beach! Prominence has a lot of options for beach access; some of our favorites are listed below. - Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: (2 min drive, 5 min golf cart), 15 min walk Closest to Prominence and most convenient. This access point also features parking, restrooms, dining pavilions with charcoal grills. - Gulf Lakes Beach Access / Seabreeze Beach Access: (7 min by bike) Best for bike rides to the beach east on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. No parking here- shower and bike rack available here. - Walton Dunes Beach Access: (10 min. golf cart ride) West on 30A from Prominence. One of our favorites! The access point features roadside parking and bike racks. Great for dropping off passengers and your gear before parking in the nearby lot. - Inlet Beach Regional Access: (15 min by car) Plenty of amenities! Features: ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

This space is ideal for a large gathering space for your entire crew. - The spacious, fully stocked kitchen is fully equipped to whip a meal or enjoy takeout with the fam! You'll also enjoy island seating for 6, or the spacious dining table for 8. A true treat! - With 3 comfortable loveseats, the living room invites everyone to gather and relax. From cozy movie nights or slow easy mornings, this is the space where memories are made. - Need some fresh air? Step outside onto the back patio that features comfortable seating, a grill, and a smoker for the ultimate BBQ! - Rounding out the floor is a half bathroom tucked away off the kitchen.
SECOND FLOOR - Make your way upstairs, all the bedrooms await! - Up first is a spacious King bedroom with a large walk-in closet and shared hall bathroom. - This home also comes with 2 bunk rooms! The first bunk room features a Twin over Double bunk plus a Twin trundle with a walk-in closet, and the second bunk room features 2 Twin over Double bunks. - Further down the hall is a King guest bedroom featuring a walk-in closet and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. - The spacious Primary King bedroom features a work desk, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The spa-like primary ensuite features dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent- just behind The Big Chill, next to one of the two pools in the neighborhood, convenient cart ride to the state park beaches, and an incredible value for the money. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, stylishly appointed, and was impeccably clean. We had a minor inconvenience getting into the house, and the property managers were extremely prompt and helpful with their responses. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
