Two tiny homes are rented together as one private retreat; they are rented as a single unit giving your group privacy!

Fully fenced for your pups to run around in. Surrounded by trees and fields, enjoy this beautiful rural setting away from city life. Located centrally near waterfalls, state parks, kayaking, hiking (hiker’s paradise), these two (rented out as one unit) Tiny Homes are the perfect get-away for adventure seekers, surrounded by nature.

Tiny home A is 200 square feet, but you will have everything you will need for a comfortable stay. 2 Adults max and one dog or maybe 4 kids.
There is a couch in the living room that can convert into a queen size bed, a loft with a queen size bed as well(Please note the opening to the loft is 21 inches on the lowest side and 41 inches on the widest side) Small kitchen with a cook top, microwave, air fryer and Keurig coffee maker. The
showerhead sits a little lower than a normal shower, but you can detach the shower head and use it that way if you are taller.
There is also a projector screen for movie nights in tiny home A
Tiny Home B 240sqft(King suite tiny home) has a king-size bed, coffee maker, mini fridge and a bathroom with shower. Between the two tiny homes you will have everything needed for a great stay while having privacy. Two adults max and one dog.
Outside enjoy soaking in a brand-new hot tub, perfect after a long day of hiking. You can also enjoy an outdoor shower!
You will also have a table and 4 chairs, gas grill and a firepit with chairs for a great dinner outside.

There is another house on the property fenced off separately, so each house has its own fence for your dogs.

As part of my pet policy, I do require proof of all animal guests up-to-date vaccinations records including bordetella vaccine and flea/tick prevention. This helps ensure the health and safety of your pet, future guests, and my home.
