Great Location for a weekend at the beach

This is a short drive to the beach and is very close to many restaurants and shops. We brought our dog and it was great to have a fenced in yard so we didn’t have to walk him all the time. The yard is shared with other guests, so we did have to make sure the coast was clear before opening the door, but we didn’t have any issues. The place had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. I would stay here again the next time I visited Port A.

Home away from home

The communication with the hosts was excellent. Detailed instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. They were extremely accommodating. The property was as described; homey and pleasant. A nice yard for my dog. Would book again if returning to the area. Convenient to beach, restaurants and festival.

My wife and I were very impressed with Redfish Quarters! The whole place was very clean and neat. There is a full kitchen, a washer & dryer, and 2 bedrooms with their own attached bathroom's! Down stairs is also another half bath. Out front is a nice fenced yard with some very soft grass for the doggo’s to do their business. This place is in a prime location! The beach access is around the corner on the very next street over! The property managers Anne and Rebecca, are on top of everything! We raised concern about a sparking transformer across the street, they had contacted me as late as 11:15 pm to let me know the crew was on their way to repair it. I woke up and it was indeed repaired! We had the best weekend and will be back!! Highly recommend

Bugs

The upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds. I stayed in the one by the window and every night I was bitten all over my feet and ankles. I could not see anything but sure did feel whatever it was biting me. I have heard of bed bugs but never encountered them, I suggest you spray or fog that room immediately before this happens to your next guest.

Perfect for our week-end family trip

Great place for a beach trip in Port A when traveling with your dogs! Everything you need and in a perfect location just minutes from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Nice place, close to beach

Redfish Quarters was a great place to stay. Communication with the owners was timely & clear, plus they are really friendly. The house was clean, well organized, and maintained well. There were three of us, myself and my two adult children and we had plenty of space. We really liked the 2 1/2 baths and there was plenty of sleeping space. I also like how close it is to the beach; you could easily walk there in about 7 minutes or drive in just a couple of minutes. If you have a larger vehicle parking might be a little tight in the back, but we were still able to get our truck in and out. They do allow parking on the street if needed. I would recommend this as a place to stay and would stay there again.

Great stay with family and dogs

We enjoyed our stay in Redfish. The unit is in a great location and is awesome for families. The yard is also great for dogs to run and play. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Location Close To The Beach

The location is about as good as you could ever ask for! Right next to the beach and a street away from the beach access road. Great property if you have a dog (we did) as they accept pets and have a fenced yard to let them out to do their business. The unit is one of four units in the building. The building and unit is definitely dated, but it is clean and the beds are comfortable! The only thing the wife wished the unit had was a KURIG coffee maker and a refrigerator with an ice maker. If you are bringing a dog and need a place to sleep without all the fancy stuff this is your place to stay!

Great Port A Property

We’d never been to port a but had an amazing time! This place had everything we needed for a three night stay…fenced yard for our dog to have some play time, a full kitchen, plenty of parking, and a short drive to the beach! We’ll be back!

GREAT PLACE ! Close to Beach and Restaurants

This was a perfect property for us to stay as SandFest Vendors. It was affordable, cute, great location to get to beach and not far from popular restaurants in Port A! Managers Anne and Rebecca were great! The only thing was parking. We had to park bigger trucks in the street because they were too crowded in back. But this was not a problem...it worked out fine. They were right in front of property and street was not busy. * Plus for Fur-Babies 🥰 We have a lab puppy and the fenced yard was great and kept her safe while she ran played and went potty. ..She even made friends with a neighbors dog Bo :) There was also nice outside seating for friends to gather. We would definitely stay there again :)

Close to the beach

We really liked the place but found that the stairs were to steep for my mother who is 85. They scared her and she ended up staying downstairs. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Four unique units, 2 one bedrooms, and 2 two bedrooms, I have decorated each one in the theme of a saltwater fish. We have a pet friendly property with a fully fenced yard in the front, quiet covered patios and lots of outdoor, parking spaces. Each condo is fully furnished and appointed with everything needed to make our guests feel at home.
