This property has gorgeous views and sunrises and sunsets. The horses are in the fields next to the house. This is on our farm so there may be tractors and equipments going up and down the driveway

If you love horses and being in the country you will love this location. Scott is very pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. Vrbo has plenty of room and the back porch was great to set on and see beautiful sunsets.

Clean, quiet and comfortable beds! The single road for 2 way traffic is at moments difficult to navigate but it’s only a couple miles. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely recommend for a small group!

House was perfect size for our family, we were even able to bring our furbaby. Property was clean and Scott made us feel welcomed. It was a great trip could’ve used a few more days to see more sights. I would highly recommend

What a beautiful place to stay. Amazing how big the rooms are and loved watching the sunset off the back porch. Loved seding your beautiful horses. Clean, comfotable. My cousin noted it for a place to stay on her travels. I highly recommend it.

Though the route to this location is very winding (beware any car sick!), it's nice to have a secluded hideaway while on vacation. Scott is so very personable and welcomes with open arms onto his farm allowing guests to meet his horses and visit as much or as little as preferred. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious with lovely sunsets in view from the back porch or even living room sofa.

Everything we needed was there. Comfy beds. Complete kitchen. Beautiful sunsets. Friendly horses for the granddaughter to enjoy. A beautiful ride through farmlands to and from the house to our activities. Peaceful.

This was a very relaxing location for us top get away from it all. The washer and drier allowed us to catch up on laundry from our travels. No highway noise, just the occasional horse sounds. Just be aware of the horse flies. They’re mainly behind the house when the horses are nearby. Also, the roads from the property to the main roads are all one lane but not one way. If coming in from I-75, highly recommend using the exit at Hwy 32 by the Love’s Travel Stop. That approach to the property is much easier.

Very nice stay while we went to the Ark Encounter and Bluegrass rail explorer. Long twisty road but worth the drive and surrounding with horses. Super quiet and spacious. Enjoyed the back deck and sunset one evening. Owner had milk in the frig which we were thankful for. Very nice stay, thank you, Scott!

The host, Scott, was working on his farm when we arrived. Definitely on top of a mountain! We spoke and he offered assistance to anything we may need to make our stay comfortable. Inside was extremely clean and had a clean aroma. Spacious and comfortable area. There was definitely a lot of thought into planning the floor plans.

This was an awesome getaway from the world! The host was amazing and had so many extra amenities that just go unnoticed to eggs in the fridge, to cooking spices, to a well stocked kitchen utensils! It was an amazing and relaxing stay!

Absolutely loved this place! I hated the roads leading to it though. One lane road for two lanes of traffic, just made me really nervous. Host was very nice & provided a lot. I loved it!

We loved our peaceful stay at the property. We walked in the house and it was just as it was depicted in the Vrbo pictures….Beautiful. Our family of 4 was comfortable there. Scott was nice and informative. His horses even posed for a selfie, to say “Welcome y’all.”The location was a reasonable drive to KHP and the Ark. Thank you again Scott for allowing our family to stay at your place.
