This home is beautifully open plan offering plenty of space for the family to enjoy.

At the front of the property is a comfortable seating area. There is plenty of seating. All other areas reach out from this space.

There is an additional seating area off of the formal dining space.

Fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances completes with granite countertops. There is a breakfast table within this area and direct access to the pool and deck space. In addition to the breakfast table there is a more formal dining area.

There is a private screened-in pool and spa with a generous deck space offering comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine, as well as table and chairs for al fresco dining. You are surrounded by lush trees for added privacy.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee



Bedrooms: All are very spacious, have TV’s and ceiling fans.

Parking on the driveway and street parking is allowed in designated areas.

Please note there is a $25 one off charge for each car parked on Resort.

A laundry room is also available for your convenience.
