First of all,you are definitely not welcome anymore at our property and at > the whole condominium. > You were the rudest guest we have ever had. > It is not possible that a person on VACATION ,can make such nightmare like you did! > Worst experience with guests ever! > Be pretty sure,we don’t want this kind of situation around us,this is not what we work for!!! > We work and invest hard to keep this beautiful and very pleasant Villa going,THE OTHER REVIEWS SPEAKS FOR THEMSELVES,you are the only unpleasant surprise. > > Just to clear some points : > > - The inside pool light was working fine prior to your check in,if it was not working while you were there, you should have ALLOWED our property manager To come and fix it!! > They tryed to go there and fix it,but you did not ALLOW THEM TO COME! > Clearly ,it was not an impediment to use it at night ,cause we provide outside lights,maybe that was the reason you did not answer our property manager?! > > Anyway,it was also CLEANED when you got there,the house is surrounded by trees,it was AUTUMN,how are we supposed to control the wind and the leaves from falling?!?! > We provide a pool cleaning net ,so the guests can maintain it clean ,until the next weekly professional clean,if you wanted daily cleaning you should have hired this service prior to your check in. > > You decided to complain about cleaning issues after 10 days of your staying,wich shows one more time ,about your bad intentions,you used everything,didn’t clean anything and then you complain about the mess you made yourself?!?! You stayed for 15 days and DID NOT HIRE HOUSEKEEPER daily cleaning service ,so you were supposed to it yourself! If you stay in your own house for 15 days no cleaning ,it will be dusty too! > > VRBO has all the exchanged messages between us,we are pretty sure they already have the answers of who is right and who is wrong here. > We are very glad to afirm ,you are definitely not welcome anymore
