Cabaña de madera recientemente remodelada ubicada en la pintoresca ciudad de Grand Lake. Dos habitaciones privadas y un altillo semiprivado con 2 camas individuales. Hermoso techo abovedado, plano de planta abierto y fácil acceso a pie a tiendas, restaurantes y al lago hacen de esta moderna casa de troncos la escapada de vacaciones perfecta para la familia. Esta casa está ubicada en un gran lote con dos terrazas para relajarse. WiFi está disponible en esta casa. Para emergencias de mascotas, llame a la Dra. Grandlake Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at the Solitude Cabin. The location to town was great! The cabin has some steep stairs to access the main floor and loft! Kitchen had all the utensils and pans needed for cooking, could use some more pantry staples with a few more spices. The kitchen sink faucet handle broke off, husband was able to fix it! When we arrived at the cabin we were surprised to find a large roll off in the driveway! The location was an eyesore for sure! They were doing some work outside the cabin so had workers show up 2 days to work outside! This was a surprise as they were right outside the bathroom window! Would have appreciated to be alerted of this work happening. Other than that, our stay was lovely and the location to town was perfect!

The location was excellent. We enjoyed the close location to the RMNP entrance and being able to walk to town. The cabin was clean but we had issues with maintenance. The loft window does not have a screen making it difficult to cool the sleeping loft and there are no box fans to help. We often had to resort to sleeping on the couch. The handle on the kitchen sink kept coming off. The deck is lovely to sit on, however some of the chairs are in disrepair and hard to sit on. I would have appreciated some communication regarding landscapers on the premises during the day. They were not intrusive but the noise they created made it hard to enjoy the deck. Also, it made privacy in the downstairs bathroom difficult. The huge dumpster was an eyesore in an otherwise picturesque view. We also had a shortage of sheets. We needed all six beds but could not use one because it had no sheets. Some attention to these details would have made for a better stay.

The house was tucked away right downtown. We had the ease of being in town but felt like we were snuggled in the forest. The house had everything we needed. Beautiful interior. It was the perfect stay for our visit to RMNP.

Perfect hideaway close to town

The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our walks into town and especially down to the lake! We enjoyed the big kitchen table to play games and put together puzzles. Great views from all of the windows. We also drove three miles to the Rocky Mountain national park. I would reccomend getting groceries in grandby, which is a fifteen minute drive away. The grocery store was limited and very expensive. Our overall stay was wonderful.

The perfect cabin!

It’s crazy how close to town you can be, yet feel like you are away from it all in your cozy little cabin!! We had the greatest weekend. This cabin is spacious but still so cozy.

Nice play to stay (great living area)!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice! The living area was beautiful and perfect for hosting a dinner party, or family night. We used the grill and patio and it was awesome! Things that could be improved - the twin beds up in the loft are not very comfortable. We brought a mattress topper and that helped, but I would say that those beds are more kid-friendly than adult-friendly! Last thing, there were some dust webs in random places. It was clean overall but I think the whole place could use a deep clean! You are a 10 minute walk to downtown which is awesome.

Only disappointment was the cleanliness of the downstairs bathroom, bedroom etc. We encountered lots of large black spiders. Not just the normal spider getting in here and there. Multiple daily.

A bit of seclusion right in town

This was the perfect size for our family of 5. Could have comfortably fit 2 more. It was an easy walk to town and to the mountain market. There’s not much of a shoulder to walk on, but cars are very mindful of pedestrians. We cooked all of our meals, and we found the kitchen to be well stocked with pots and pans.

Good but construction nearby

We were at this location for a week in late July '24. There is construction next to the property from 7am to 5pm Mon-Sat. Lots of impact hammers and noise. Nice clean home. Stairs to enter from garage and parking.

We enjoyed the house and close proximity to downtown Grand Lake and trails into the national park. The description of the property is very accurate in that it had a secluded feel but an in-town location. The living space was ample and very comfortable. With four of us we were able to spread out and have plenty of privacy yet gather in the common areas.

There was a minor issue with the 1st level toilet, but it was quickly resolved and the host was very responsive and quick to get it fixed. We had a ton of fun exploring the grounds with my son. The horseshoe pit and fire pit were a nice addition. The beautiful fall trees coming up the driveway was the cherry on top!

We had 8 people, everyone could sleep comfortably and it was clean and stocked with the necessities. Just bring your own toiletries, they only had hand soap. It was a great location a quick drive or walk from town.

Great cabin!

Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The home was clean and well appointed. It was nice to be able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The cabin felt very private, even though it was so close to town. Will definitely stay again!

Secluded

We had a great time but the utensils look like they were bought at garage sale, spiders and spiderwebs all around in the downstairs. Trash left around property. Construction noise. The office where we picked up the keys were very helpful. Would probably rent again but maybe a different property.
