Plenty of windows and natural light in this end unit townhome. Space to for the entire family and ultimate location for relaxation. High ceilings, three stylish bedrooms, including two master suites, a dining area for 6, granite countertops, comfortable living rooms with 75" Smart TVs, sleep sofas and sweeping decks with breathtaking views of famous fairways of the perfectly manicured Shipyard Golf Courses or forest preserve. Located in the Shipyard, this private community features a large swimming pool, hot tub, playground and a picnic area.
Walk or Bike to the Shipyard Beach Club, close to Golf Club, Van Der Meer Tennis Shipyard Resort and other amenities of the South End! Guests enjoy two free adult bicycles and complimentary wireless internet.
PLEASE NOTE:
- All guests check-in at the Hilton Head Accommodations office located at 20 Executive Park Road, Suite #200, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
- Mandatory one-time fees include resort fee of US$150 (plus tax), a management fee of USD $99, community fee of $99 and cleaning fee of $175 per reservation taken at the time of booking.
