This charming multi-level two-bedroom loft townhome is the perfect retreat for families, groups, or golf enthusiasts. The main level features a spacious living room, seamlessly connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. With large glass doors leading to a private patio, the space is filled with natural light and picturesque views of fairway or Palmetto Dunes’ 11-mile lagoon system. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, Cable TV, and WiFi, ensuring everyone stays entertained and connected.
The master suite features a King bed, a private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and convenient access to a guest bath. Upstairs, the loft provides additional sleeping accommodations with two twin beds and a half bath—ideal for kids or extra guests. Guests also enjoy the added convenience of a carport.
The Village at Palmetto Dunes boasts an array of amenities for a truly enjoyable stay. Relax by the outdoor pool or soak in the hot tub after a day of exploration.
