The space
Our home features clean, modern furnishings and a smart TV in the living room equipped with Roku for your entertainment. Each bedroom has a brand new queen-sized bed with high-quality linens, and with two full bathrooms, getting ready in the mornings is smooth and convenient for everyone.

The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully equipped with all the tools and cookware needed to prepare meals at home. A new washer and dryer are available for your use. Tall windows throughout the home offer great natural light and a peaceful view of the front yard garden—making it feel like a quiet escape while still being in the middle of Seattle.

Our home also includes fast wireless internet and a split AC system to keep you comfortable year-round.

Our property receives monthly preventative pest control service. However, as is common in the Pacific Northwest, seasonal bugs such as spiders, ants, or mosquitoes may occasionally appear. We’ll do everything we can to address any such issues quickly.

A NoiseAware decibel monitor is installed in the living room. It does not record audio, but simply detects noise levels to help ensure peaceful stays and neighborhood compliance.
