¡Este condominio en laderas es ideal para un grupo de parejas que buscan una escapada perfecta a la montaña! Ubicado justo enfrente del estacionamiento de Canyon Lodge, la ubicación no se acerca más a este condominio de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños. Una amplia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, chimenea de leña, internet inalámbrico y un gran sofá seccional con espacio para todos. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades para cocinar una buena comida para la familia o compañía adicional.

El dormitorio principal en el nivel principal cuenta con una cama King con televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y baño privado adjunto con tocador doble. El segundo dormitorio, también en la planta baja, tiene una litera con dos camas dobles y una cama doble debajo, televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y baño compartido. El tercer dormitorio en el piso superior tiene una cama queen, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y baño privado adjunto también con tocador doble.

Esta propiedad se encuentra junto a los remontes, la tienda de deportes y la escuela de esquí en Canyon Lodge, así como el Village Gondola que permite un fácil acceso a todas las tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna en el Village at Mammoth. Location and proximity to ski slopes is fantastic. Layout is very functional, but the condo is a bit dated, was not very clean and heating was intermittent when we stayed in January.

Perfect Canyon Lodge Getaway

These place is great! It’s roomy and you can very comfortably sleep 7 adults. And, if you enjoy the apres ski party, you couldn’t be any closer to canyon! Skip the lodges for lunch and easily be back at your place for drinks and home made food. I will 100% be back! It’s not technically ski in ski out but it’s truly as close as it gets to canyon.

Great family space

We had a nice stay and found the layout of the unit good for our family. Mgmt company was responsive to concerns. However, it would be more helpful if early check in was an option. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!!

Proximity and Cozy

Located just a stones throw from Canyon Lodge we were able to get first tracks easily. The place is comfortable and the hot tub is conveniently located.

Amazing Location and Property

Love, love the location and size of this property. It was so big and comfortable. Everything was clean and functional. The complex itself doesn't have an elevator and the office is offsite but otherwise, no complaints.

Super comfortable space - having 3 full bathrooms is really a plus - this unit is well laid out for privacy and fits two families pretty easily.

Fresh powder

Amazing place, plenty of room, close to everything. Place was clean, we were lucky and got 13 inches of fresh power, road were clean by the time we got up. At one point we lost track of the keys, called the office and they got us back in the unit in about 15 minutes! Highly recommended.

Quick ski trip to Mammoth

Lots of wine glasses but short on water/juice glasses for the grandkids. “Master bedroom” on the main floor had an unusual mattress topper.... Something like 5” of gel foam which was worn in a way causing 2 people to roll together in the middle of the bed.

Excelent location and great spaces need improvement and cleaning

Reviewer Comments: We where very excited when we got there because of the excelent location its is very close to canyon lodge and the apartment itself is very spacious. Unfortunetly it was not cleaned properly, the soffa was full of dust we would not stop sneezing, there where a lot of spider webs and there was no curtain on the dinning area so we felt no privacy when walking around the cabin. The bedding needs to be cleaned, the toillet from the upstairs bedroom leaks. It just needs a little work because it’s a great property.

Our Time in Mammoth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, spacious condo. Enjoyed the floor space/square footage and that it was not cramped, even in the bathrooms. Glad we were on the top floor & enjoyed being near a trolley stop-off, which we took advantage of a couple of times.Appreciate being let in early, because it was ready. No slider covering, but we contacted the agency & a maintenance person arrived shortly. He installed some sheets over the glass and that helped. We also asked for a third key for our party and he brought one to us on his return to cover the slider. Thanks for the third key!Our group patronized several breakfast cafes and also made use of the Snowcreek Athletic Club gym. This is a nice feature and I hope Mammoth Sierra Reservations continues this complimentary amenity.On-site manager and family live nearby beneath this unit & they have several children/relatives that visit. Because we had a baby with us (and enjoyed having the windows open to take in the nice weather) that had to nap, the kids' play noise level was a little disturbing at times. We mentioned this to the manager and he was understanding, but we realize kids will play & make noise (scream, yell, etc.), and not always remember how loud they can be. This probably would not be an issue with another condo location and if we did not have the baby.

Cozy Stay Steps From Canyon!

From check-in to check out, the ladies at the rental office were incredibly helpful and pleasant.There was a huge storm that week and we ended up staying in the condo the first two days. It had everything we needed. Yes, it’s on the second floor so there are some stairs to climb, but they are indoors, directly out of the garage on one end of the building. At the other end it’s only one flight and a short walk across the street and down a little hill to Canyon Lodge. On the days we went skiing we used this hill to get back to the condo for lunch. The condo’s location is so convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed (but we also had packed a few of our own pantry items). The condo was also very clean. The toilet off the master could use some maintenance, but it worked. It’s a bit dated but still very comfortable for our family. Only one of our friends ended up being able to join us so we were 5 people spread out across the 3 bedrooms (and 3 baths!). The kids loved the roomy bunk beds. Bring your own board games since the ones in the condo are missing some pieces. The large smart TV had plenty of streaming apps. There is a storage closet in the hallway for storing ski gear. We were lucky and our friend snagged one of the guest parking spaces in the garage. There was so much snow! The only real “complaint” is that because we were so close to the mountain, there was a lot of noise from the snow tractors and avalanche clearing going on early in the morning. Poor us! We would definitely rent this condo again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I'd rate this place very nice and certainly a good value. The living room is superb for a large group with a nice layout and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is a bit small so the living room is larger, the tradeoff is okay. We had two major issues with this property, the stairs are not easy to climb from the parking below and there is only one permit issued for a three bedroom place. Fortunately there is extra guest parking and parking on the street but this is not easy information to determine when making a reservation. We were there on a very hot weekend in August and closing a few broken windows was not easily done. Overall very clean and well taken cared for. I would recommend a map view of these units be included with the pictures.

Great location and floorplan, can use some attention to small things

The location was great, and the floorplan and layout was great for a group of 7 from two families. Also stocked with good selection of things in the kitchen including spices. The only negative was the maintenance. It was clean, but some things needed attention like fixing the sliding door and door screen, leaky faucet, bent blinds. All mostly minor, and we enjoyed the stay.

Large condo, quiet location near village

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice, across the street from the ski lifts . I was there in the summer so it was not busy at the location, no congestion. The unit was nice with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The parking garage was under the structure. The only negatives were the code that I was given to enter the structure from the parking garage was not working, but I easily got in with the key. Only other negative was that for the two days I was there in unit 8 which faces the front entry and the street, was that it appeared that there was a couple that were either the caretakers or maintenance people had there small kids running around and On small bikes making lots of noise. On the next day they had a birthday party for an 8 year old with family or friends just below my window, barbecuing and lots of noise from m about 2:00 pm til a little after 10 pm. Not considering the guests who may have gone up to relax. They were loud and inconsiderate. The red pickup truck they had was always parked in front of the building and not in the garage.
