Pet policy:



Up to two dogs are permitted with a pet fee. Owners must immediately collect and properly dispose of all pet waste. Failure to clean up after a dog may result in an additional $100 fee.

Good neighbor requirements:



This short-term rental is located in a residential area of the Town of South Bristol. Guests must remain courteous and respect the privacy and property rights of neighboring residents.



* Guests must comply with Chapter 113 of the Town of South Bristol Code regarding noise.

* All renters remain subject to New York Penal Law § 240.20, or any successor statute, regarding disorderly conduct.

* Littering is prohibited.

* All fires must be supervised at all times.

* Guests may not enter or use neighboring properties for any purpose.

* Fireworks and firecrackers of every kind are prohibited.

* Recreational vehicles, travel trailers, tents, and other temporary shelters may not be used to accommodate additional guests on the property.
