This charming cottage has been thoughtfully upgraded while retaining its vintage Florida character. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings, a full kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, and a washer and dryer for convenience. (washer/dryer are not located inside the unit) The cottage includes two bedrooms—a queen and a full bed—plus a full-size sofa bed in the living area. A folding mini crib and highchair are available on site, making it easy for families to settle in.

The fenced yard makes it simple to bring your dogs along, and the patio features a table, chairs, and a lighted umbrella for evening meals or relaxing with friends. Parking is conveniently located right at the door.

Set on the quieter south end of Anastasia Island, Crescent Beach offers soft white sand perfect for long walks, bike rides, or surf fishing. Local restaurants, a lively Irish pub, and small shops are just a short walk or drive away, while historic St. Augustine is about 11 miles north and Daytona Beach is roughly 45 miles south. Wake early to enjoy a sunrise on the beach with a cup of coffee, or take an evening stroll to spot playful ghost crabs along the shoreline.
