The owner maintains a separate unit on the property and may be present approximately three weekdays, for property maintenance and improvements. This ensures La Choza is always in pristine condition while respecting your privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the space. When on-site, your host is available to answer questions about the area, recommend local gems, or assist with any needs—but always discreetly and by invitation only.
