Melodía de verano

Hermosa y acogedora casa de vacaciones elegante con 4 habitaciones que ofrece espacio para hasta 8 personas. Esta casa de vacaciones fue decorada y amueblada de manera moderna y elegante a finales de diciembre de 2016. Despertarse en el amplio dormitorio principal con una gran ventana para mucha luz y la puerta de entrada al área de la piscina lo hacen dormir un poco más, puede disfrutar del amanecer aquí sobre el área de la piscina y el canal. Adyacente a la habitación hay un amplio baño principal con bañera de esquina, ducha y tocador doble / tocador de granito. Tenemos 3 dormitorios más, todos con cama Queen size, armario, 2 dormitorios comparten un baño con combinación de ducha / bañera y el cuarto dormitorio frente a la piscina tiene un baño propio con ducha. Cocinar y hacer barbacoas es divertido aquí, la cocina gourmet es enorme con gabinetes de madera real y mostrador de granito, la parrilla de gas BBQ Weber está en el área de la piscina. Disfrute del amanecer y el atardecer con una perfecta exposición hacia el sur, ya sea en la piscina con calefacción eléctrica o junto al canal en la cabaña tiki. Esperamos darle la bienvenida aquí en sus próximas vacaciones en Cape Coral.

Wunderschones helles freundliches Ferienhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern bietet Villa Summer Melody fur bis zu 8 Gasten Platz. Das Ferienhaus wurde Ende Dezember 2016 mit viel Aufwand und Hingabe modern and elegant eingerichtet ein groBzugiges Hauptschlafzimmer mit dem grossen Fenster und Zugang zum Poolbereich und Blick uber den Kanal machen ein Aufwachen zum Vergnugen. Das Hauptbad ist sehr groBzugig mit einer Eckbadewanne, 2 Waschbecken und einer groBen Dusche. 2 Gastezimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer das mittig liegt, das 4. Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Ausgang zum Pool. Viel SpaB beim Kochen hat man in der groBen Kuche mit Granitabdeckung, auch der Weber- Gasgrill macht ein perfektes Essen in gemutlicher Atmosphare am Pool zum Erlebnis. Ruhige Momente erlebt man unten am Wasser beim Tiki Hut, hier kann man viele Vogel, Fische und mit viel Gluck auch Delphine oder Seekuhe beobachten, der Kanal hat Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko. Mit der perfekten Poolausrichtung nach Suden kann man zu jeder Jahreszeit sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang genieBen. Der Pool ist elektrisch heizbar, somit auch das ganze Jahr nutzbar. Freuen Sie sich auf einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im wundervollen Summer Melody.

Beautiful home!

We spent a week here in March. Love the south facing pool and lanai - spent most of our time out there! Close to shops and everything Fort Myers and Cape Coral area has to offer.

This home was very nice! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice pool. We enjoyed bike rides close to many good restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Cape Coral Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa, loved the pool area and sitting drinking cocktails down by the Tikki bar. The villa is so close to shops and restaurants and other activities. Only an hour from Naples and Marco Island where the beaches were beautiful. The villa was well equipped and very clean and comfortable, so lovely.

Lovely

We had the most wonderful Florida long weekend getaway and this home was the icing on the cake. The home is immaculately clean and set up wonderfully. We enjoyed the kitchen for cooking meals and really loved the pool area!

Lovely place, we really enjoyed the pool

Decor is a little dated but comfortable and large enough. Just a little disappointed at how much the additional electricity charge was as we left the temperature at 74 and were gone 4 out of 7 days

A general word about the electric fee: This is a separate charge that is disclosed up front. It's based on usage so it can vary quite a bit. Setting the A/C to 74 F is quite low; the recommended temperature is 78 F. Guests can obviously adjust the temperature to their personal preference, but it will affect the electric fee. BEST PLACE TO STAY

It was the cleanliest place I've ever rented. The furniture was top notched and the area was magnificent. I love the quietness of the home and the draw of the bedrooms kept us napping on raining days. We spent a lot of time just sitting out at the pool and enjoying the scenery. Will definitely stay again....SOON! This is the first trip that we didn't have to call or text anyone, it was the perfect vacay!

AMAZING LAKE HOUSE!

My family of 4 had the most amazing time at this house. Everything we needed was provided. The pool was a hit for my two kids, and the seating by the lake was perfect to see the sunsets! The cleaning was very good especially since that’s our number one concern these days due to Covid. I will definitely be returning here! Highly recommend!

This property would definitely be a five star rating, but there were a few small maintenance issues that need to be corrected. The house is very clean and well set up. The pool is exceptionally nice and enjoyed many days hanging around it. The owner was attentive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this property! Beautiful, clean home in a great location. My only complaint is that it states 3 bathrooms and for some reason they had the pool bathroom locked off. We worked around that though. 3 bathrooms are always better than 2. Definitely would stay here again!!

Property and home exceeded our expectations. Clean, well appointed, quiet neighborhood and still close to area beaches. Was our home away from home...well if your home is a pool house, located on a canal in sunny Florida and professionally maintained..lol. We enjoyed many morning coffees poolside, family pool parties, and family dinners together!
