Waterfront Winter escape with sunset views & hot tub

Nestled on beautiful Lake Ontario stands this beautiful year round cottage designed in and out to give you a luxurious lake vacation! Come inside and sit by the fire and enjoy the stunning views with waterfront deck complete with a New 8 person hot tub that is available year round, gas grill, smokeless fire pit, outdoor dining area with automatic awning & lounging area. We guarantee you will not want to leave! Only a 5.5 hour drive from NYC

The house comfortably sleeps 4 adults equipped with: 2 king beds and 1 queen. 4 adult max occupancy or 6 max occupancy of families with children. We can discuss additional occupants on a case by case basis. Extra guest fees will apply

Very quiet with very little traffic in this quaint lakeside community in the Thousand Islands region.

Driveway parking for 3 small vehicles
2 vehicles can be parked in front of the house on the side of road.

The lake front is shallow and rocky so lake shoes are essential. This isn’t ideal for swimming but is ideal for kayaking and paddle boarding and using a float, all are provided for your use. Please be aware there are rings cameras at each entrance (They don’t record and don’t have sound on the live feed) and the one in the back is facing the water only (doesn’t record or have sound). I have it there because I am alerted if there are waves that come close to the house. This is a lake front house and with that comes lake flies, spiders and bees at times. Even though the property is sprayed regularly, these pests are around sometimes because it is on the water.


Refunds are not given for weather unless there are mandatory evacuations.

Our listing is not covered for damages by platform so you will have a pre authorization security deposit hold . You will not be charged unless there is damage.
Extra pet fee will be added on for extreme shedding dogs. The fee goes to the cleaners for the extra work needed after a dog stays. Please pick up all dog waste from yard. Please use provided waterproof dog blankets if they will be on couch or beds.

Extra cleaning fees may be assessed if cottage is left messy/excess dog hair and dog smell.
Hey, please stay off the beach to the right of the cottage. It’s not mine. Thanks! I only own 50 ft of lake front.
Refunds & Cancellations
No weather refunds unless there’s a mandatory evacuation.
No power outage refunds unless lasting more than 24 hours and then the refund would be for the day of the outage.
We highly recommend travel insurance for unexpected emergencies.
No unregistered guests. Only the specified guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises unless permission has been granted. No overnight guests.
No smoking of any kind in the house.

No parties or events
No loud music or noises that could disturb the neighbors.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
Let us know right away if you break or damage something so that we can make arrangements for its replacement. There will be a charge for any missing or damaged items. We do have ring cameras at each entrance but they don’t record or have sound. We also have one in the back facing the water which doesn’t record and there is no sound. We have this to monitor the water so it doesn’t flood the house.

HOT TUB RULES
Children 5 and under should not use the hot tub
Pregnant women should not use the hot tub
Please use plastic glasses only when in the hot tub
Please shower before using the hot tub, especially if sweaty, dirty or wearing any lotions/sunscreen etc. This will help keep the water clean and in balance throughout your stay.
Please do not mix heavy drinking with hot tub use. Hot water can lower blood pressure and mixed with alcohol can cause risk of passing out, stroke and heart attack. Alcohol can dehydrate and decrease judgement, increasing risk of accidents. Be aware of signs of dehydration, dizziness or heat exhaustion (nausea, dizziness, confusion, light-headedness) and immediately get out of the hot tub, cool down, and drink water.
The hot tub is maintained 2 times per week and after every stay. However, please let us know right away if the water looks cloudy, foamy or is not cleared and we will come and solve the problem.
The cover must stay on at all times when not in use.
Children must be constantly supervised near the hot tub when the cover is off or unlocked.

*Lawn care is done once a week And he may come during your stay, but he shouldn’t be a bother since he is outside

* If any packages arrive please just bring inside and put out of you way. We have supplies shipped to the house and since we have back to back reservations, they may come during your stay. We appreciate it.
