Due to there being no washer & drier in the unit, guests will have a set of 8 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 washrags regardless of whether you stay 2 nights or a week. If the stay is over 1 week, we drop fresh towels off and the others will be picked up.

Around May, June, & July you will have entertainment by local bands and some Nashville hits! (Seasonal and depends on Sand Bar band schedule.) The beach vendors work hard daily to ensure guests are well taken care of. Especially because some of them live in the resort, they take pride in the resort and want to take great care of our guests.

Please note this condo has no washer & dryer, but you can take advantage of the pickup and drop off laundry service available. When it's time to eat, gather at the oversized kitchen counter or have a private meal on your teak patio set.

Bed & Bath - This condo sleeps up to two guests in a king-sized bed. Sleep comfortably in the studio, offering a blackout automatic shade for complete darkness. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in-shower.

Why We Love It - The patio is a direct walkout to the pool and beach. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is also located on the premises at Silver Shells. There is no need to leave this incredible Destin resort once you are here. Henderson Park is adjacent to Silver Shells and offers a private untouched beach not found in other Destin resorts. Back Porch restaurant is a stroll down the beach and Silver Shells guests have their tiki hut for drinks and meals right on the sand. Grab a dinner out and then soak in the hot tub with a spirited drink for 2. Guests have access to the gym onsite. This studio is a large, very spacious room for two! This condo is for adults only (we make exceptions for kids if one adult and one kid, but ask first.) Max is TWO people. You'll see the whole resort, the gulf, the pool, and that gorgeous sun every morning through the high glass patio doors. It's just beautiful! We loved walking to dining every night!
