On-site rental:

There is another bookable vacation rental on the property. Other guests may be present in the shared outdoor areas, including the pergola, outdoor fireplace, picnic table, treehouse, and grounds. Your house, fenced-in yard, private hot tub, and deck are exclusively for your use.



Security:

Exterior security cameras are located outside on the property and monitor exterior parking and front porch areas only. There are no interior cameras.



Parking:

Free on-premises parking is available.



Pets:

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee applies, so please include your pet on the reservation when booking.



Check-in:

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in may be available upon request for a fee.



Connectivity:

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the home with 500 Mbps+ speed.



Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. A minimum $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
