There is a kids park and large outdoor grassy area perfect for large outdoor games or gathering in the community as well. Luxurious, Highly Upgraded New Construction home. It features a large, tiled living/dining/kitchen area with breakfast bar, quartz counters, stainless appliances with patio doors leading to the private covered patio and desert scaped yard. Some of the great feautures of this property is: huge master suite with walk in closet, double vanities, oversized shower, and private upper balcony. Large upper loft that has arcade, board games, foosball, chess and much more. There is a tv in every bedroom and in the game room and living room. Lots of places to gather but also plenty of space and entertainment to spread out, if needed.

*Two memory foam rollaway beds are also available, we can also provide a couple blow up mattresses upon request. Please let us know minimum 24 hours in advance, so all can be ready for your group.

POOL:

The pool is $100/daily to heat, to include heating both the pool and the Jacuzzi.

Jacuzzi heating only option $35/daily.

Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the spool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Spool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. The spool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to an equipment issue.

**Please note, Mid May to Mid September pool heat will not be needed, as usually it will be heated by the outdoors. Please reach out a week prior closer to the date if booking in September or May to get a more accurate info if heating will be needed.



EARLY CHECK IN/LATE OUT:

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $50 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.



PARKING:

Renters and their guests should park on the driveway, there is 2 spots and 2 spots in the garage. No street parking, we can safelist a vehicle if infomation is provided prior or there is street parking outside of the community, thank you!



CASINO:

Fantasy Springs is 1.9 miles from the villa, less than 5 mins drive. Grab a bite to eat with multiple restaurants, watch a show, bowl (late night laser bowling included) simply try your luck in a slot, poker or another table game. Spotlight Casino is only 7 mins drive and it has an authentic brewery on site.



GOLF:

The Golf Club at Terra Lago is attached to the community and presents 36 challenging holes with dramatic elevation changes, stunning views, and a challenging island green par 3 which was featured in Skins Games. The view from 7th tee box is considered one of the best in the valley, from there you have a complete panoramic view from one end of the Coachella Valley to the other. Eagle Falls Golf Course is only 6 mins drive. Golf Cart can be rented for $25/day. Tee time is reasonable with availability and fees, yet you will be playing in one of the top courses around.



SHOPPING:

Cabazon outlets are 35 mins drive for all your discounted designer label goods. Happy Point in La Quinta is 7.8 miles, 15 mins drive with plenty of restaurants and all kinds of stores. El Paseo high end shopping is only 13 mins drive.



SPA:

Only 6 mins from the villa, Indio Spa at WorldMark Indio or check out Miramonte at India Wells that is 15 mins away.



JOSHUA TREE/IDYLLWILD/BIG BEAR;

Take an extended trip and take advantage of the prime location that this property is at. Within an hour, you can be in Joshua Tree, visiting one of the most visited/popular natural parks in California. Within the other the other way, you can be snowshoeing in Idyllwild, sipping in amazing wineries in Temecula or take a 2 hour plus drive and you can be at many beaches or ski/snowboarding slopes that are in such proximity to here. Stay in the warm weather in the desert but take advantage and visit surrounding areas. Reach out for information, we are glad to help to make your trip most memorable yet. We can help with transportation and other details, making it an easier trip planning.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Please ensure umbrellas are rolled in, when not in use.



The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area. There is pool alarms on the door, if unsure how to use them, please reach out.



NOISE:

The City of Indio`s quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM on Friday and Saturday and from 9 PM until 7 AM on weekdays. Loud music is prohibited during quiet hours, and violations may result in a $1,000 fine per offense, which is the guests` responsibility. This home has an occupancy limit of 12 guests which includes adults and children. Outdoor music is limited to cell phone/laptop level during daytime hours, we provide an indoor speaker inside the game room for livelier enjoyment.



TRASH:

Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

PARKING

Two parking spaces are available; renters should park only in the driveway. If you have 3 cars, we can safelist a vehicle for street parking based on availability. Please confirm with your host before your arrival. There is also street parking outside of the community.

POOL TECHNICIAN / GARDENER-

There are quick visits by the pool technician on Tuesday and Friday mornings, and the gardener on Wednesday for regular maintenance.



-On windy days debris may find its way into the pool. The pool is professionally cleaned only on scheduled days. We provide a skimmer net to self-clean the pool between professional cleans.
