Disfrute de la tranquilidad y la paz de estar ubicado en el último piso con el panorama más impresionante de la playa y el golfo. La ubicación de Beach View también ofrece el beneficio de las vistas nocturnas de la playa de Madeira. Con 940 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, colores neutros y un diseño amplio y abierto, hay mucho espacio para todos. Dos habitaciones con amplios armarios y 1 y 1/2 baños brindan privacidad; Hay amplios asientos en el comedor y la sala de estar. Se puede acceder al balcón privado desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, que ofrece una agradable sombra hasta la tarde. La unidad duerme seis cómodamente con 1 cama king y 2 camas gemelas y un sofá cama en el área de estar. Hay 2 televisores en el condominio, uno en el dormitorio principal tiene un televisor y una pantalla plana en la sala de estar. La unidad para no fumadores tiene su propia lavadora y secadora, con un espacio de estacionamiento designado, y hay amplias instalaciones para barbacoa.

La playa está literalmente a pocos pasos del ascensor, con acceso privado a la puerta de acceso limitado a los residentes de Madeira Norte. Nuestra piscina privada climatizada ofrece una alternativa a las cálidas aguas cristalinas del golfo, con amplios asientos junto a la piscina y sombrillas.

Amazing views convenient location

This unit has great views and the amenities we needed. The unit needs updating. The counters,cabinets, and furniture are well used! They are chipped worn and stained and that gives the appearance of old and dirty.

It seemed to have a film of scum around the pool top and someone had written words in iit. Maybe it needs to be cleaned more often when the property is full. The unit we rented needed some maintenance. Everything that was metal like the ceiling tile surround and metal medicine cabinets were very rusty. The countertops and cabinets I n the kitchen are very old and pieces are peeling. The dishwasher doesn’t correctly under the counter and is pushed back and is very hard to get to start. The unit was very clean but needs maintenance. The properties very nice but I would probably not rent this unit again. I would rent another unit in the building but not this one.

Balcony had stunning view. Appliances like microwave dishwasher were useful but also very old. Do you wanna provide no amenities for the kitchen like salt and pepper, paper towels, beach towels etc. unfortunately I booked through Airbnb so the lack of communication was unidirectional but when I called the office who are very professional and attentive. We went through a whole day without any water because the unit was doing maintenance

Unit in need of desperate updates and repairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Madeira Norte for over 18 years. This is first time renting Condo 513. The ice maker was broken and leaked water into the refrigerator, therefore we had to keep it turned off. Once we discovered this, we had food ruined. The clothes washer was amiss as well, the front panel was sticking out. To get the washer to fill, you must push the panel forward. We didn’t attempt the dishwasher!!! If you look to the left on the floor of the dishwasher you will see where there has been severe water damage to the molding. And one of the kitchen chairs was placed in the master suite due to a screw missing. Do not sit in this chair. It’s rather disappointing this unit is being rented in this condition!

The condo kitchen was very outdated, old and dirty, counters and cabinets were chipped, pots and pans were old, coffee maker didn't work, there was no hairdryer, and furniture was really old. We had others who stayed in same condo building with nice updated condos. Would recommend this condo building and loved the view, but would not stay in this particular condo unless kitchen was updated.

Beautiful sunset view from balcony!

I do feel like the whole unit could use a face lift. The headboard on the bed in the master bedroom was broke. The blinds in the living room had two broken slates that had be taped back up and one of them kept falling off. The wall in the main bathroom had a huge brown smear underneath the mirror. The sleeper sofa mattress was way to thin. We ended up sleeping on couch instead of pulling out the bed. The furniture is old looking but comfy. Just felt like for the price of the rental it definitely needs some upgrades. But we liked it enough that we would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: The only reason I stay at Madeira Norte Is the location I have stayed in 513 for probably 15 years I stayed in 515 Which is nice as much as the price has went up you should probably put some effort into your place there was blonde hair everywhere the elevator was down almost the whole week I felt like I was in a motel eight when you spent almost $2000 you expect to be in certain a little nicer the place is definitely went downhill

It’s redeemIng qualities are definitely it’s location to John’s Pass, and it’s balcony view. It’s nice to be on the end and have a little of the beach front view. As far as the overall condo, it is in desperate need of renovation. I’m not a picky person, and we don’t spend much time in the condo on vacation, but I take issue with mildew growing on the inside of the shower curtain, and a curtain rod that is nearly rusted out. These are really easy, and cheap fixes. We stayed with a group, and all of the other condos that are party had booked had been renovated nicely, which made it even more apparent the work this place needs. Overall, it’s fine, but if you’re looking for a more up to date place, I would look elsewhere.

We stayed for a week in June 2022 and the Office Staff was very helpful and attentive. The Condo we stayed in at Madeira Norte was a little less than average. We liked the safety features in the Condo complex, location, layout & amenities. The condo itself is outdated and there were cracked & missing cabinet facings, lights that were blown out or not working and in need of general TLC. The rest of the facility was in great shape, clean and we were happy overall.
