Cook with confidence in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stovetop, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, glassware, silverware, coffee maker with ground coffee, and a kettle for your daily routine.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy exclusive use of building amenities such as the pool, gym, and paid parking. Self-check-in is available for a contactless experience, and guests are welcome to use all provided appliances, electronics, and kitchenware.



Please note that garage parking is available for an additional $30 per day for reservations that are 1-7 nights and a fixed $150 for reservations more than 7 nights. Guests must register their vehicle every 24hrs to prevent towing. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation, and trucks are not allowed in the garage.

Paid parking is included for guests with vehicles. Walking is easy for local dining, entertainment, and nightlife. Major highways and thoroughfares are just minutes away, making access to the wider Dallas area simple and convenient.

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval and are subject to a cleaning fee based on the length of stay:

• $35/night for stays of 1–4 nights

• $250 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights

• $400 per pet for stays of 30+ nights

Please request approval before booking to avoid any issues.

For safety and compliance, guest verification is required prior to arrival. All guests must:

• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

• Verify contact information

• Complete a secure online verification process

• Undergo a background check if requested

By booking, you agree to:

• Follow all rental policies

• Submit a valid ID before check-in

• Complete verification within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day reservations)

• Sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay

For your safety and property protection:

• Hallway cameras operate in common areas.

• A noise monitoring device is installed inside the unit (monitors sound levels only, not conversations).



Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



Each booking includes a $69 Damage Protection Program that covers accidental damages up to $150.
