Casa Orquídea is a one-of-a-kind four-story home that blends authentic Mexican charm with modern comforts, offering a truly memorable stay in Puerto Vallarta. Though it features just one bedroom, the spacious layout spans three floors plus a private rooftop terrace, creating the perfect retreat for couples, small families, or anyone seeking both privacy and style.
Each level offers multiple balconies with sweeping views of the river and surrounding mountains. Inside, every room has its own character—ranging from vibrant and bold to calm and serene—designed to inspire and refresh. The master suite includes two private balconies, a full ensuite bath with a deep soaking tub, and plenty of natural light. On the main floor, guests will enjoy a large balcony with outdoor dining space, while the rooftop boasts an intimate dipping pool, lounge and grill area, and unmatched views.
The lush garden below feels like your own slice of jungle, complete with commissioned local art that makes the home feel uniquely Vallarta. Getting Around:
Casa Orquídea is located in the charming Canoas neighborhood, just steps away from the heart of Puerto Vallarta yet tucked into a peaceful, authentic setting. The home sits right in front of the beautiful Cuale River, where you'll enjoy the sound of flowing water, fresh breezes, and a lush green backdrop that feels worlds away from the bustle of the city.
From here, it's an easy walk to the Romantic Zone, where you'll find restaurants, cafés, art galleries, and vibrant nightlife. The beach is about a mile away—a scenic stroll through colorful streets, or just a quick ride by Uber. Staying here gives you the best of both worlds: a quiet riverside retreat that lets you live like a local, while still being close to everything Puerto Vallarta is known for.

No parties, events, or loud music.
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas
No pets allowed.
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
Report any damages immediately.
Do not rearrange the furniture
Dispose of trash in designated bins or areas.
Do not flush paper or sanitary items in the toilet – please use the wastebaskets provided.
No glass in the pool area.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings
The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items.

Other Things to Note:
Casa Orquídea shares the common garden areas and main entrance with Studio Orquídea, located on the ground floor below the house. Both units have their own private access points and are only connected through the garden.

Guests staying at Studio Orquídea do not have access to the rooftop pool—this amenity is exclusively for guests of Casa Orquídea.

If you'd like to enjoy the entire property (Casa Orquídea + Studio Orquídea), you can book both together. Please contact us, and we'll be happy to share the link for the full-house option.

As this is a local neighborhood a guest can be ready for all the local thrills of living like a local, including roosters in the mornings and dogs barking from time to time. It is not excessive however and most of our guests are not bothered.

For maintenance, our gardener tends the garden on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 am and 11:00 am (approx.). The gardener works only in the common outdoor areas and does not need to enter the house. Pool cleaning is also scheduled on the same days from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Please note that during these hours the pool cannot be used. Our pool technician will need to access the rooftop through the house to perform this service—he is part of our trusted team and will always be respectful of your privacy. Regular cleaning is essential to keeping the pool in top condition for your enjoyment.

**One of our staff members will stop by daily between 1pm and 6pm to feed the fish in the pond. We kindly ask that guests do not throw food, liquids, or objects into the water, as this can affect the pond's balance and may put the fish at risk.

**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
