Discover your perfect Lake Tahoe vacation in this charming Tahoe Vista bungalow located right on the Brockway Golf Course. This newly listed home is dog-friendly with a fully fenced backyard, making it a perfect getaway for families, couples, or a group of friends.

This home is in a very convenient location for all the fun and amenities you could want. Walk just two blocks or five minutes to the beach, Starbucks and Safeway, or Spindleshanks Restaurant for breakfast or happy hour cocktails. In winter, cross-country ski or snowshoe right from the backyard, or drive just 10 minutes to Northstar for a full day of skiing and snowboarding. In summer, hike to scenic Picnic Rock at the Brockway Summit for breathtaking views. This location truly has it all!

This is a single-level home with gas fireplace and large windows framing golf course views. The open living area flows to the tranquil back deck where you can relax and take in the peaceful scenery overlooking the second tee.

This adorable home walking distance to Lake Tahoe beaches, grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts, skiing, hiking, biking, and golf are right at your doorstep. Northstar is a short 10-minute drive, and beautiful scenic trails like Picnic Rock at Brockway Summit are nearby.

Maximum number of dogs allowed is 1; additional fees apply per dog.

Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports before arrival.

*Renters must be 25+
*This is a non-smoking home
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6
*Use of BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months due to limited access
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.

Great little cottage

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The layout worked really well and the kids loved being able to play in the backyard. The location is very convenient to town, trails and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location - perfect for our family of 4!

We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend. We loved the layout of the home, as well as the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The backyard is fenced which is a big plus for those with pets. We would love to come back in the summer for a stay!

Great Stay at Tahoe

This house was great. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, and very close to Kings Beach downtown. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The fenced back yard & deck were great too. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect winter vacation

The house was warm, clean and well stocked. And the location was perfect- 2min from Safeway, 15min to Diamond peak ski resort and close to many restaurants. And it has a good size of backyard and it was perfect for our dog. We’d come back for another trip!

Great place

The house is a perfect little house for a small family and perfectly furnished. It literally had everything we needed. Fenced backyard, great for the dogs. Would definitely come back for this property.

Weekend in Tahoe

The house is adorable. It was clean, well appointed & in a good location. We were able to walk into town & grab food. The golf course clubhouse at the end of the street has a great brunch. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

3 couples + dogs stayed for a long holiday weekend. We were thrilled with the fenced in backyard, the multiple dining tables (indoor + outdoor), the easy walk to the beach and walking trails, the multiple parking spots, and the responsiveness of the host. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location; lovely home

The location is ideal as it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood yet walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. The interior is well laid out with a great room that includes the kitchen, dining and living room. The exterior is ideal with a dog (all fenced in) and is well maintained. Beautiful flowers front and back. Overalll, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

4th of July get away

So fantastic! Location is everything and was thrilled to be able to bring our fur baby! It was a warm weekend so the lack of air conditioning made it toasty in the house …luckily they have floor fans we were able to use. Would recommend and come back again!

Great location in Tahoe

This property has easy walking access to the lake, is on a fun golf course, and is walking distance to grocery and restaurants. The property has a great layout for family. The only critique we had was that two beds had some odor to them, probably kids who had accidents. Everything else was delightful and we had an awesome stay. Thank you!!

Great location!

My family loved our stay. It’s a 15 minute walk to Kings Beach! The rooms were perfect for our needs, and we loved the backyard for our dogs. There is no A/C, but they provide lots of portable fans for the living areas and bedrooms. It is close to a busy street, but I didn’t notice the street noise too much. There is a gas BBQ and a full size washer and dryer was lovely to wash beach towels! Thank you so much :)

A Perfect Father's Day Weekend

We love the North Shore, have been several times as a family, and have not experienced a more perfect place to stay than this property. The house is beautiful, well stocked, clean, modern and cozy. The deck is perfect for lounging and our golden retriever loved the yard and the neighborhood for walks. Close to everything. The only negative was leaving. Can't wait to come back.
