The condo was a beautiful way to spend a week on the beach. From the communication, parking, fully stocked with cooking equipment, closeness to the beach, water views and other amenities. I would highly recommend staying here. I personally have saved this property and plan to come back soon.

The location was great, close walking distance to tons of restaurants and a great spot on the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. There were a few things i think that could have made inside better with cleanliness, the area rug could be replaced and the bedding/bed skirt seemed dirty. Overall we had a great time and the this location was very calm and quiet with lots of snowbirds or retired folks!

Cleanliness of the room was wonderful. We enjoyed numerous days laying on the private beach enjoying the views and sunsets. The pool was a little small; but was enough to cool off in and had plenty of lounge chairs and table/chairs and umbrellas. Wonderful bakery we found within walking distance. No problems with parking at the resort. Our biggest complaint would be that the room needs a huge update! I would say pictures do not give justice to how disappointing we were when we walked in. I definitely would not have booked this room if I could have seen the pictures better. The bathroom especially is a total overhaul the most; as the gold fixtures need to go. This room is stuck in the 70/80s. When you open the drawers they smell musty and your clothes do too when you take them out. The floor tile throughout is chipped, too much furniture on the deck and some is broken that can’t be used and needs to be removed.

This is the perfect vacation spot. The pool has a view of the ocean. Guests are friendly and the building is quiet and relaxing. Step out of the gate to the most beautiful beach. Enjoy!
