Condominio frente a la playa en el último piso (5to) con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño que ofrece vistas panorámicas del Golfo de México.
La Unidad 503 ha sido completamente renovada con una nueva cocina que incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y gabinetes nuevos. El comedor tiene capacidad para 4 personas. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama Queen, amplios asientos y un televisor inteligente de 50 ". Hay grandes balcones privados fuera de la sala de estar y dormitorio. El dormitorio tiene una cama King size, tocador completo con espejo y TV de pantalla plana. Esto realmente es un hogar lejos del hogar.

Las comodidades del Caprice incluyen una terraza privada con sillones, mesas y sombrillas. La piscina se calienta con una bañera de hidromasaje. Hay un área de parrillas y un tablero de barajar.

2nd time here absolutely love this place. You cannot beat the location, beach front and walkable to almost anywhere. Been to other places in Florida and this one is by far our favorite. Already making plans for next visit

This is the best place to stay in St Pete’s Beach! The unit is updated and decorated beautifully. The staff is wonderful and so kind and the grounds are clean and beautiful. The pool is the perfect temperature and so clean. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Spot

We had a great time! The place was perfect. Pool was nice, loved the beach. It was our first time to the west coast of Florida, and we loved it. I can’t wait to go back!!

If you are considering staying here…Do It! We had the best week. The unit was perfect and we were so grateful for the cooler that was included along with the beach chairs and umbrella! We would bring beach towels next year but that is just our preference instead of renting from the office. The area offered plenty of great places to eat including some with live music within walking distance. 5 stars for sure.

We had a very relaxing stay and large view of the beach. We were walking distance to places to eat and shop. Easy instructions for everything. It was nice that there was paper products and trash bags and a lot of kitchen items. Lots of beach stuff to use. Nice open feel. Definitely would come again.

Super comfy / super location!

Spacious, spotless unit with great views of St Pete Beach. Very comfy bed, pillows, towels. Bountiful ice maker in kitchen that had everything you need. Nice Pool area with easy access to air conditioned changing rooms with kitchen. Perfect location near restaurants and bike rental. Hope to stay here again soon!

Loved it

We loved the unit. The view was great and the balcony was nice to sit on each morning. There was nothing at all wrong with the condo but it is located right beside a public beach access which made the beach very packed during our stay (weekend following 4th of July). The remainder of the week was perfect though. We would stay here again!

Great family beach condo!

We had a wonderful stay in this great condo, which included my wife and 5yo daughter. Full kitchen with appliances, cold A/C, and even loaner beach chairs/umbrella/sand toys! Wonderful location, with plenty of nearby options for food, groceries, and fun. Parking was never an issue on property, and while the pool could sometimes be busy, it was always comfortable and never loud. A wonderful place to get away from the more touristy areas of John's Pass or Clearwater Beach. We will definitely consider a future stay if ever in the area again!

Birthday Trip

My husband & I celebrated my birthday while we were at The Caprice on St. Pete Beach. Sitting on the balcony, morning walks on the beach & enjoying the sunsets were the highlights of our trip. We ate my Birthday dinner at The Buoy down the street & it was excellent. The ladies at The Bronze Lady in John’s Pass helped us pick out my special gift. Thanks to Leanne at The Caprice for delivering my surprise to our condo. It was a great Birthday trip!

Well designed Condo with Great View

Excellent in all ways....five stars....just two recommendations, maybe a more firm matress (with more stable frame) and a Keurig (we really missed ours!)

This property is in the perfect location situated on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. It’s clean, well kept and very comfortable. The home owners are the best!

Even thou the sun didnt cooperate for a few days there's plenty to do only a few miles away St Johns pass was great and plenty of good food too

Beautiful view

Great condo with a beautiful view that we enjoyed from the balcony. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance as well as a free ride service if you don't want to walk. We had a great vacation!

Highly recommend, clean beautiful accommodations. Walking distance to several eateries and bars.

Property well maintained. And room 503 is beautiful, with a great view of St Petes Beach. This was our 1st time here and we will be sure to come back. Found a great hole in the wall eatery ( Willys ) that I would recommend to anyone walking distance from room. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it.

Unit 503

We loved this unit. Location and view were great. The only feedback I would offer is the obnoxious exhaust fan in the bathroom. Needs its own switch or to be replaced. The tiled floor could use a good stripping/cleaning. Your feet turn black from walking on it. Again, these aren’t complaints, just suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.
