Elegante y renovada casa de Sun Valley cerca de todo con jacuzzi privado.

Elegante casa de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños en Sun Valley que respalda al Bosque Nacional Sawtooth. A solo cinco minutos en automóvil de River Run Lift y Dollar Mountain para esquiar o Ketchum y Sun Valley para entretenerse / comer. La casa está a solo unos pasos del carril bici que te conecta con Elkhorn, Sun Valley, Ketchum y Hailey. También hay una parada de autobús (en invierno) a dos minutos, donde puedes tomar el autobús gratuito a la ciudad y los remontes.

Toda la casa se actualizó con nuevos muebles en 2017. Home cuenta con una cocina actualizada con electrodomésticos de alta gama, sala de estar abierta con un amplio y acogedor sofá, chimenea y una gran televisión de pantalla plana. Disfrute del amplio patio privado con vista a la ladera. En la planta principal se encuentran el dormitorio principal con cama king y baño adjunto junto con una habitación de invitados con una cama queen adyacente a un baño de tamaño completo. En el segundo piso hay un amplio dormitorio con litera grande, sillón cama y TV para los niños y un baño adjunto. La bañera de hidromasaje privada con vistas a la montaña está justo afuera de la puerta de atrás. Disfruta del garaje para dos autos para mantener tus autos y juguetes bien protegidos.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso estacional (en verano) a las comodidades de la comunidad de Elk Horn (dos piscinas, jacuzzi / spa, tenis, voleibol, baloncesto, etc.), que está a un corto trayecto en bicicleta desde su casa.

Para su comodidad, la casa está equipada con lavadora y secadora, junto con Dish TV y Wi-Fi.

Las mascotas son bienvenidas por una tarifa adicional después de la aprobación del propietario.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything and backs up to a mountain with views. We enjoyed riding the bike trail which passes right near the house. We enjoyed the outside games and barbecuing.Our family of five enjoyed our time in Sun Valley and Peter was responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Property

Location is great. 10 minutes and less to downtown. Beautiful patio and hot tub with a view. House is laid out great with lots of room. Everything is very clean and all towels and liens were nice. Kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook. We have stayed and various properties in Colorado and Montana and this is our favorite property so far. We were at the property for a week in late June 2025. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Sun Valley.

Great place, location, garden, amenities, and street is safe for little ones.

Clean, well appointed, great open dining/ living room, annex kitchen. We used the garden mostly in the evenings as it was too hot during the day. We were right on the bike path which made it easy to use al of our bicycles allo around SV and Elkhorn.

Great house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter’s house. Very well stocked kitchen, hot tub with a beautiful view, comfortable beds, and plenty of room. Peter was fast to respond to questions. We appreciated the plowing and shoveling service when it snowed. And the garage was a real bonus! Would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful home and location

This was the perfect property for our stay in Sun Valley. Well equipped for time and home, cooking, hanging out in the yard and in the hot tub, and perfectly located for outings throughout sun valley. We hope to be back again!

Terrific place to stay

The owner is super responsive, the location is convenient yet private with great views from the master of the hills behind the home. We’ve been here twice, and have found it to be a great place for our family. Quick access to the bike path, easy walk/drive/bike ride into town and access to the Elkhorn pools.

Great property.

We’ve stayed at a few different nightly rental properties around Sun Valley and this was our favorite. Great location. Great layout. Just a short drive to the ski slopes and restaurants, but in a quiet spot with beautiful views out the back. Loved it. We’ll definitely be back.

Great family vacation

We stayed at this lovely home while my husband worked online and kids did school online. The house was perfect! We got lucky with snow and the kids had a blast playing in the snow and building a snowman. Our golden retriever loved it too! Would definitely stay here again.

Warm and comfortable -

This house is warm, well equipped and very comfortable . Nicely decorated - perfect for a family . The temps were in the 90’s and the house was hot during the day . That’s the only negative . It’s normal for homes in the mountains not to have AC and it’s rare that they have 90 degree weather . Thank goodness we weren’t around much during the day - bc it was very hot inside - especially the 2nd floor bedroom . The bike path is right there . Nice bike ride into town . The owner was very nice to deal with .

The proximity to Galena xc ski area and Ketchum was great. House was very comfortable.

The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy meals at home after a long day of skiing. We all enjoyed the hot tub.

Quiet, beautiful and well appointed

The owners thought of everything. The property was clean, the views were incredible and the location was close to the ski runs and downtown area.

Enjoyed last day of stay with "snow falling and fireplace roaring"

Our main requirements for any rentals now days is accessibility and comfort for my husband who needs a walker at all times. Therefore my request was "universal bathroom facility for handicapped". The shower was walk-in, but too small. The toilet was too low and room was too small. We had to remove the door for him to get in.

Great house, great location, great owner

We loved staying at this place. It truly had everything we needed, and dealing with owner Peter was a pleasure. The back patio was a great place to hang out in a beautiful setting. The kitchen had all the bells and whistles needed. And the main living space was very comfortable. No complaints at all, and we expect to be back next summer.

Our family has been coming to Sun Valley for years. We love to escape outdoors for downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing and fishing. Sun Valley/Ketchum is where we come to escape. We love the environment and the people!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home is perfectly situated between both Sun Valley and Ketchum with easy access (5 minutes) to both River Run and Dollar Mountain for great skiing fun. The home is on the bike path that will take you to Ketchum, Sun Valley or up to Hailey. The mountain in our backyard is popular for back-country skiers who use skins to hike up for untouched powder.
