Esta fabulosa unidad de alquiler de vacaciones en Maui # 174 lo tiene todo. Los propietarios de este condominio también poseen unidades 170 y 176 que han sido completamente remodeladas de arriba a abajo recientemente. La ocupación de estas unidades está limitada a solo 2 adultos. Vistas al mar y al jardín desde el bien equipado Lanai. Completamente remodelado de arriba a abajo en 2017. El dormitorio cuenta con cama King nueva, mesas de 2 noches y tocadores de 4 cajones. Las habitaciones tienen nuevos armarios de madera instalados y están bien organizados con mucho espacio para el almacenamiento. La cocina completa ha sido mejorada con electrodomésticos de primera línea y gabinetes nuevos, cubiertos con encimeras de granito. Todos los nuevos platos, ollas y sartenes, cubiertos, etc., etc. Este alquiler de Maui Kihei es simplemente elegante y moderno. La sala y el comedor son muy amplios. Obra de muy buen gusto. Lo más emocionante es que esta unidad está equipada con una unidad de CA dividida de última generación en la sala de estar. Mantente fresco y cómodo en tu hogar lejos de casa. Nice little Beach theme decor, and fantastic location right next to the pool and across the street from the beach. Ocean view was great towatcy the sunset each night. Unit was stocked well and had everything we needed, infusing beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The complex is well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly. For the price, this unit is a steal.

Well, Covid got in the way but we were lucky enough to move our reservation to the same time this year. This is a lovely place to stay - very close to an almost private beach, fully appointed kitchen, great beach gear, and comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Nice unit!

Our refrigerator and freezer were not cooling properly and the freezer was not making ice. The maintenance department was responsive to the call, but the issue was not fixed during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very much enjoyed our 2 week stay November of 2021. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely stocked and updated. Location in the complex is great. Though we didn't really need much from the complex management, they were friendly and available to assist. (just needed some batteries for the AC remote). We didn't use the main AC very often. AC is a newer split unit which works well and is quiet. Having AC available in the bedroom was nice. We would stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked this unit due to the decor. We loved the beach theme of it and that it was close to the pool. I’ve stayed in the Hale Kameole many times. I’ve been coming since the age of 12. I love this complex but wouldn’t stay in this unit again. The bed was horrendous. So uncomfortable and soft. Absolutely no support. Pillows were also bad. Very flat. My husband and I were wrecked and I needed a massage while I was there. The couch I’m sure used to be a hide a bed but the inners have been removed. In place, the owners have placed a thin sheet of plywood underneath the cushions. It is incredibly uncomfortable. So at night trying to sleep in such an uncomfortable bed and then in the evenings trying to relax yet unable to because of the couch made it very difficult. Our bodies felt wrecked for days after getting home. Unless this owner upgrades these things, I would not stay here again. I’m just a little thing, there was only one tea towel provided in the kitchen, which is definitely not enough in a 10 day stay.

This is the third time renting a place at Hale Kamaole we just love the beach and park so close just a quick walk across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. There were even spices so great because we cook all our meals. The place was clean and well-kept. It would have been better to use a laundry detergent that didn't have a fragrance. I had to rewash the linen with just water to stop sneezing. The couch could use an update. But I still give the condo a thumbs up and we are looking forward to staying again next year.

Great communication and the entire property is very well kept. Thank you so much for another awesome stay! It won't be our last. We have definitely fallen in love with this location and Maui.

A Paradise Home Away from Home

We were greeted with a nice welcome package that included a pineapple, coffee and mac nuts - YUM! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay like being at home. The grounds are impeccable, pool and BBQ's clean and easy to use, and you can't beat being able to walk across the street to the beach. We enjoyed sunsets there every night and we even saw whales during the day from our Lanai. The unit was stocked with all of the beach goodies you would need, making trips to the beach effortless. We loved it so much that we already booked our 2nd stay! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Unit 174 blew us out of the water for how beautifully decorated, well thought out and well stocked it was. We were not sure about being on the ground level but other than 1 or 2 nights we were never disturbed by people overhead. The central air conditioning was especially appreciated on some of the more muggy days and allowing for a sweat free nights sleep. Our only disappointment was we can't seem to book for when we want to return next year!

Reviewer Comments: It's a beautiful condo and very well stocked with dishes & beach chairs etc. We loved the location and could see the ocean from our lanai and only steps away from the pool. The welcome basket was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated! The only complaint is the hide-a-bed, we didn't use it for sleeping but only to sit on and found it's very firm and uncomfortable. Also the swivel chair could use a steam cleaning due to its light color but it was comfy. Thankyou for allowing us to make this our home away from home for 2 weeks!

I really enjoyed are stay here, the condo had everything you needed from beach equipment to AC in the living room and bedroom. We would walk out to the beach right across the street and would catch the best sunsets. I'm coming back :)

Perfect location, nicely decorated

We had a great week! The location was perfect. Right across from the beach, right by the pool and walking distance to coffee and many restaurants. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai looking at the ocean every morning. The house is decorated nicely, had great hot water and the bed was comfy.

Amazing Condo!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO. It was in a perfect location, the condo was clean and decorated wonderfully, the AC worked really well. I loved waking up and hanging out on the front porch. The beach chairs, umbrella, and other gear was a bonus. The condo had everything we needed to cook our own meals. It was like our second home for a few days. We were debating between this place and another one and are so glad we ended up head instead. Would love to come back and stay here again! Mahalo!

The management was great, we had to call them in to get the tv going and they were very prompt and helpful.Access to the beach was right across the street, just walk out your door and there is a good morning walk along the beach to see turtles, surf, birds, and flowers. We did many activities including the Road to Hana,( where we were picked up at the rental), the Whale watching cruise, saw several whales, attended a luau, and visited the Aquarium, and much more, many beautiful beaches close by to visit.I would totally recommend this property, great customer service, great location, and an overall great experience.
