Waiohuli Beach Hale # D-123 es un condominio de 1 dormitorio / 1 baño en el piso de tierra junto a la piscina de este condominio frente al mar.

La unidad # D-123 está al lado de la piscina con vista al océano y a las montañas de West Maui. Está parcialmente climatizado (solo en la habitación) tiene una cocina y baño bellamente remodelados, 2 televisores, DVD, teléfono e Internet inalámbrico gratuito. El dormitorio tiene una nueva y cómoda cama tamaño queen, unidad de aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, TV y baño completamente remodelado. Estacionamiento gratis.

La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama doble, ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. No hay aire acondicionado en la sala de estar. La unidad # 123 está equipada con sillas de playa Tommy Bahama, toallas de playa, refrigerador, tabla de surf y juguetes para la arena.

Cada unidad se encuentra a pasos del océano y está ubicada en el centro de excelentes tiendas, restaurantes, playas y a minutos de los campos de golf de campeonato de Wailea y Makena. También hay un lavadero común. Además, hay una piscina climatizada con energía solar de 60 pies, barbacoas y tejas situadas justo al lado del océano. Este complejo es uno de los grandes hallazgos en Kihei Maui por su asequibilidad y encanto. Observar ballenas, practicar windsurf, caminar por la playa y disfrutar de magníficas puestas de sol desde su lanai. We stayed 6 nights and it was very nice. It is generally pretty quiet (depending on who is in the pool), The place is well maintained and very comfortable. The ocean is just over the dune, great spot for swimming, snorkeling, and watching the sunset. Also a quick walk to a couple of coffee shops, resturants, and a grocery store. We would stay here again.

Amazing location. Had everything for beach: snorkle gear, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Walk right out of the lanai and the pool and beach are right there. Would def stay here again.

Beachside wonderful

Friendly and easy to meet other guests. The pool, grass area, and beach are so close and uncrowded ... with a due-west sunset each evening. A supermarket with everything is a 2-minute walk away. A waterfowl preserve is on the south border. Hope to stay again next year!

Ideal Maui Vacation Property

My wife , son, and I stayed here the first full week of January 2023. Property is well cared for , clean, outstanding checkin/communication. Close to everything needed and ideal location for the day trips and exploring we did. Beach on property is very quiet with epic sunsets. If you are looking to explore island and be very active , coming back to a quiet beach, great pool and clean place , this location is for you. Would come back in a heartbeat

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The location is excellent. It's an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store, which made everything very convenient. Parking was easy and stress-free.The unit was extremely well stocked for the beach: four beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, snorkels and masks, and boogie boards. It made our beach days effortless. Access to the unit was simple with a door code - no keys to worry about.The property itself is quiet and well maintained, with friendly neighbors. There are lots of families and older residents, and it was very peaceful at night. Just a heads-up that you may hear roosters early in the morning, which is part of the local charm.The pool was warm, clean, and close, and the property is right next to the beach with amazing sunset views. The water was clear, and we saw lots of turtle activity, which was a highlight of the trip. It's about a 1-mile walk to additional beaches and more restaurants.Inside, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and pillows provided. Laundry on site was convenient and inexpensive—2 for the washer and 2 for the dryer, payable with quarters or via the app (with a 10 minimum).Overall, a fantastic place with great amenities, a prime location, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Waiohuli Beach Hale. Communication with owner was a breeze. She was extremely fast replying when our internet wasn't working. The apartment is lovely, right by the pool. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook, watch TV, relax on the terrace, or go to the beach (chairs, snorkeling gear, bodyboard...). The place is very quiet and very well maintained with a lush garden. The apartment is a stone away from a supermarket and great restaurants. Kihei is great if you don't want those resorts along the coast. I would definitely like to come back.

Perfect Location

My husband, son and I stayed at this property for a week in March. The condo is very nice. It’s right beside the pool and just a few steps away from a nice beach where we saw turtles resting. It’s centrally located, with easy access to many restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores. The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals, and also nice grills on the property. The property manager is quick to respond to any questions, and was easy to work with.

Perfect location

This is our third time staying at Waiohuli Beach Hale! It is in a perfect location close to shopping and lots of activities. The grounds are very nicely maintained. The heated pool is very nice and a nice warm temperature. The onsite laundry facilities are very convenient. The beach is beautiful and is great for morning walks and has absolutely the best sunsets! This unit is very nice and well stocked. The beach gear provided made it easy to beach hop and enjoy our time on Maui. We hope to return soon.

Awesome spot!

The place was spot on with a few minor recommendations for improvement. First off Location is perfect! Everything you'll need will be in this house. Comes fully stock with necessities. I would suggest putting a portable AC in the living room to get little bit of comfort on hot days. Also if the bed can be a little bit bigger. My wife and my 7yr old had a hard time fitting in the bed. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you for having us!

Convenient location, and beautiful beach

The condo was quite comfortable. Located in a very convenient location for touring Maui. You can walk to a few local restaurants, or drive 3 minutes south to the Kiehi tourist area. We had a great time. A giant sea turtle swam out of the wanter and laid right beside us on the beach. Just a great time.My only complaint - the big guy who maintains the pool and grounds was super condescending and rude. I made the grave mistake of going in the pool at 7:40am, while opening time is at 8:00 which I did not notice. Rather than to just ask me to wait a few minutes while he finishes up, he had to make a big deal of getting his phone to show me what time it was, and tell me to go read the sign with all the rules. A real turn off. This would have been 5 stars for everything if it wasn't for his nasty attitude and demeanor. And I really hate to have to bring it up but it was a very unwelcoming morning.

Always beautiful

This was a return trip to Maui, however, staying in the same resort has always been our choice. It is almost super clean, well cared for and beautiful. For the first time travelling during spring break if you were looking for peace and quiet, I would recommend looking at another month. There were several families with lots of young children at the resort during this time. Unattended, one of them had an accident in the pool, which closed it down for two days, which was very unfortunate for all the other guests. This is no reflection on the host or the condo, just an observation if wanting a family holiday March is your time, if wanting a different kind of holiday consider other months. The host and the condo were absolutely five stars.

The suite itself was very nice, not luxurious but nice. It was clean and well equipped with extra towels, kitchen utensils and beach accessories. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, the pool was large and clean. The BBQs were modern and clean. The beach where we saw multiple Green Sea Turtles resting daily was a 30 second walk from the pool. We intend to go back to this facility as it checked all the boxes for what we were hoping for.
