Ya sea que esté disfrutando de amaneceres fabulosos o atardeceres cautivadores desde los múltiples balcones y áreas para sentarse, se produce una sensación de serenidad mientras contempla las vistas de la ciudad y el océano. Un plano de planta abierto se presta para el entorno de entretenimiento perfecto o esos momentos familiares atesorados. Electrodomésticos vikingos en encimeras de cocina y granito. Lovely home

This was the perfect place for our family who was in the area for a wedding. The home is spacious, in a good location and as lovely as advertised. The host is friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home & Lots of Space

This beautiful home had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The home has 3 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms! There is ample shared living space to all be together and also plenty of space to spread out too. The views of the sunset over the ocean are gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Perfect santuary

the pictures online really didn't even do justice to this wonderful home. Breathtaking views, quiet neighborhood, easy access to many parts of Venutra. floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the views of the ocean. Friendly host who had all the amenities ready for us. Even provided names of restaurants to try that were nearby. It all made it hard to leave this sanctuary!!!!

Family Getaway

This house is beautiful, secluded, and nice views. Took my family for a weekend to get out and stretch somewhere different from sheltering at home. Woke up to watching a family of deer walking along the hillside and to a nice view of the ocean. Unless you're fit, I wouldn't suggest walking from the beach or town, going down is easy but the steep hillside is exhausting to return. But it is still an amazing house and the owner was very communicative and welcoming.

Lovely views

The home is halfway up a steep hill and sort of perched on the edge of a small arroyo. It wasn't easy for the oldest member of our group to walk around the neighborhood or grounds because of the steepness of surroundings. However, she was thrilled with all the interesting landscaping, birds, and wildlife we could see from the many balconies at the home. There was no standard coffee pot when we arrived, only a Keurig to make 1 cup at a time. But Carlos was extremely responsive and brought us a brand new pot in no time. He was quick to respond to all my questions. There was lots of space to gather our family for an afternoon visit. There were just 4 of us staying at the home but 10 for a couple meals. Plenty of seating inside and out. Even though it was 100 degrees inland at our relatives' house, the Ventura vrbo was very comfortable in the mid 70s with nice breezes for our whole stay. We had a great time

Excellent Property and Host

Our stay couldn’t have been any better! The property is in excellent condition and well equipped enough to prepare and host Thanksgiving dinner. The location, right across from my daughter and son-in-law was perfect. Close to the hills, downtowns and the beach. Carlos is a fabulous host who genuinely cares about his guests’ need.

Great stay in Ventura

This is a wonderful house and location for your stay in the area. We had several functions in Santa Barbara and it was an easy drive up the coast. The house is immaculate, great views, and a perfect location. Carlos was responsive to all our inquires. Highly recommend.

The layout and interior decoration of the house is very pleasant. Everything is in good order and of good quality. the garden and the patio allow view, sun and tranquility at all time of the day. We were two couples and we did not have to walk on the other's toes. The owner was kindly available while respecting our privacy. I am 72 years old and walked without problem to the pier, the beach and to the merchant's street. The four of us were happy with our choice.

Large and well equipped.

Great house, well equipped and appointed kitchen with high end appliances. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice views from the deck. Fridge filled with water and Keurig with plenty of coffee. Easy stay for a long weekend. Carlos is a good host.

Amazing property and owner!

We stayed here for 2 nights but wish it could have been longer. Carlos was very helpful in the entire process and provided accurate instructions for everything in the home. I had questions and he was prompt in answering them. Super friendly!!! The check-in was a breeze! The space is very clean and beautifully decorated. There were so many amenities that we were still finding them as we cleaned up to leave! The place had everything we needed and more. The views are killer from every angle! We couldn't be happier with our stay. We've made some great memories here and would be back in a heartbeat.

Alexander took excellent care of the house and follow every instruction guideline it was giving to him. He was also an excellent communicator. I would have him as a guest anytime he would like to come back and stay at my house.

Beautiful home on the hill

We loved our last-minute 3-day getaway to Ventura tacked onto start of a long-planned Oceanside trip. The home is beautiful and located an easy walk downhill to main street Ventura (though a tough walk back up the hill). The home has a great patio view of Ventura and the ocean, very spacious easily accomodating our six member extended family, large beds, comfortable couches & dining room table and massive tvs where we watched local cable, Netflix & Disney+ shows when not out and about. Really appreciated the water and drinks waiting for us and the access to surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and bikes (though we mainly stuck to beach chairs & towels). Carlos was a great host responding in timely manner to any questions. Only improvement I would look for is maybe providing more of a guide to best locations in Ventura to visit, especially a guide to the beaches, etc... We certainly could've asked Carlos, but didn't think to and having a quick written guide to Ventura would've helped. Ventura itself a fun town to visit with 8 blocks of main street blocked off with lots of great dining options, and some quality breweries (shout out to Transmission) in the area. The beach is a little hard to get to, and we probably did that part wrong, as the southern beach we found on last day seemed better than the one north of the house. If you are looking to explore Ventura, Carlos' home makes a great home base for a large family or multiple couples to share!
