This renovated villa is built to a high standard
The space
levels, combining a modern design with Andalucian features. When entering this remarkable villa the modern architecture blends beautifully with a 400-year-old Olive tree. You instantly feel at peace while exploring the rest of the beautiful house. Straight ahead the open-plan living offers the fully equipped kitchen on the right with dining area for 6 and a separate dining area for 8 persons. From the kitchen area, there is direct access to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room and recreational area is one level down, with beautiful natural light coming in from the full-size windows facing the garden/pool area.
All 5 bedrooms are positioned well apart for total privacy. One bedroom and en-suite bathroom is located directly to the right from the entrance. As you continue through the hallway is another bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The impressive master bedroom is very spacious with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet with views overlooking the valley leading to the sea. Another bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located in the basement area with direct access to the pool.
Outside you have a spacious garden with palm trees, a large heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The outstanding barbecue area is ideal for entertaining and dining under the stars, while the partly covered terrace and the lounge seating is very cosey. With total privacy and views towards the mountains, it is genuinely a peaceful haven of paradise.
