Estacionamiento para dos vehículos. Situado en la hermosa playa Indian Rocks. Cerca de varias tiendas, restaurantes, panadería francesa, parques y más. La unidad tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Esta unidad tiene una lavadora y secadora también. Great access to the beach

If you love the beach, this is your property! Easy to get to beautiful beach for sunsets and lounging. Also great open floor plan that is newly remodeled.

Fantastic

We always have a great time at IBR, right on top of the beach and with a clean community pool. The condo was clean, and provided all the things we needed along with the locker items, Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys we had it all. The property manager was great, to work with very responsive. Plenty of local places for food, night life and shopping all within walking distance. We love Keegan’s and always make a trip down to Johns Pass for a day. This year our new adventure was Gator Parasailing - if you have never gone just book it! It was so cool! Another year of great memories we will be back in 2025.

We love the gulf!

The rental was beautiful and spacious. It had all the conveniences of home along with plenty of space for a family of four. The noise from the people walking upstairs is the only downside, but understandable. Great visit overall!

Indian Rocks Beach getaway

Coming from California , we met family in Florida. This was a wonderful location and well appointed property. We slept great-10 hours a night! The beds were comfortable. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately we could not enjoy it due to a red tide event that brought on respiratory symptoms and eye burning. We will hopefully return another time and get to enjoy the beach.

Summer Vacation

The condo was very clean and well updated. It was also in a great location with very easy beach access. The parking was a down side as one of your assigned spaces was directly in front of the stairs everyone used to access the condos in this building. If you parked there you left very little room for people to get their belongings up and down from their condos. There were no elevators in this building. It also has very thin walls. The upstairs seemed as though they were doing a demolition project and you could hear every car passing by from the master bedroom.

The beach was not crowded so you felt the privacy of space when out on the beach. The waters were warm and relatively calm the entire trip. The owners had left a list of recommended restaurants which was nice...we tried several of them and really enjoyed the food. The walk to the beach was short. The pool was clean and again not crowded. The only issue we had were the renters upstairs were extremely loud all night every night with small children running from door to door of the condo above us.
