Totalmente amueblado de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio con lavadora y secadora, cocina totalmente equipada, y toda la ropa de siempre. A sólo 400 pies de la hermosa Golfo de México a través de un único punto de acceso peatonal playa. Sala de estar y dormitorio principal tiene un televisor con cable, reproductor de dvd y wifi. También hay un ascensor, una piscina con una parrilla de barbacoa de gas, y una plaza de aparcamiento personal bajo el edificio. Al final de la calle es un parque infantil y al lado es una zona natural protegida y el paseo marítimo.

This condo has a great location within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. It has everything you need for the beach including chairs. The condo is well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, and bathrooms including linen. The master bedroom is large with adequate space for clothes and belongings. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy. Wi-Fi is available.

Best Condo I Have Ever Stayed In!

Excellent communication and customer service from the owners. Condo had everything you needed for a week stay. Its located right across the street from the 10th Avenue beach access point. Nice clean private pool on the property. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Best condo I have every stayed in!

Relaxation steps from beach

My spouse and I discovered IRB last year and stayed around 25th Ave. We were very pleased with our stay right on 10th Ave this year. We loved that there is no public parking at this beach entrance, so its foot traffic only - which means its a less crowded section of the beach. Having the cross walk right by the building is super convenient too! We also enjoyed the Nature Preserve, which was right next to us as well. You CAN see the ocean from the front patio - we enjoyed the Adirondack chairs out there - just note that traffic is almost always passing by so if you are looking for 100% quiet while sitting outside, you won't find that.The place was easy to access, park, and you could access via a staircase or elevator - there are shopping carts to haul up all your groceries the first day, which is nice. The condo was very quiet. We only saw two others at the pool - not many places to sit at pool if more than 4-6 people there at once, but I enjoyed it anyways - nice to have an umbrella you could open and put the chair under. There is a grill - but it has seen better days and wasn't very clean - if you plan to grill, use foil or grill mats!! Their place was super well-stocked - the only staples you would need to bring/buy are condiments. There are different oils/sprays and a few spices. I loved that they had foil, plastic wrap, bags, and containers for leftovers!! We had access to beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella if we needed it. Owner was responsive via text.

Very nice. Well outfitted condo. Loved the available beach chairs to use. Nice location to walk to restaurants. Comfortable beds. Vicky was very nice.

Love Indian Rocks Beach area

An enjoyable time, great location-just a short walk to beach, appreciate the beach chairs & beach umbrellas provided with the rental. Condo has full kitchen, plenty of space to relax in the living area, & 2 nice bedrooms.

Living room Sunsets

We found this space comfortable roomy with everything you need. It was joyous seeing the Sunsets from the LR or porch every night. Going to the beach was just a push of a button to cross the street onto my the paved walkway to the Beach.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place to stay. Location was amazing, tons of restaurants and bars. The beach was right across the street. The condo was super clean and had all the amenities we needed for a vacation away.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful condo-very nicely furnished & well equipped. Location is close to the wonderful beach & nature park, and it's a short walk or drive to nearby restaurants. A quiet building with beautiful pool area to enjoy. Vicky & Jeff were great hosts.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay in Vicki and Jeff's condo in Indian Rocks. The condo is spacious, spotless and filled with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has all the correct utensils and their storage locker has everything you need for the beach. The 10th Ave beach access is conveniently located right across the street from the condo and we walked the beach every morning and watched sunsets every night. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We stayed for a month and loved every minute of it! The condo was clean and well-appointed with everything you need. The location is great we love IRB! Access to the condo is right off the elevator and the beach set up was nice! It had plenty of chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon which was great to transport the gear to the beach. Beach access and crosswalk is right in front of the condo. We highly recommend staying here and would stay again!

Excellent beach condo

This was a great place to stay. Located in a nice part of Indian Rocks Beach. Restaurants were close and convenient. The walk to the beach was short. The beach was very nice. Wide area of sand with no rocks. Beach was not very crowded either. The covered parking was a plus also. There is a small pool on the property with chairs. We were the only people at the pool each time we went. The condo is spacious with nice bedrooms. Ample closet space. Kitchen area is great, updated with everything you need to cook if you want to eat in. Keurig coffee maker was nice for morning coffee that we had on the balcony. Place was clean with plenty of linens and beach towels. We took advantage of the beach chairs that were supplied. We were able to check in early which gave us more time at the beach! The communication about check in was accurate and timely. We really had a great stay and recommend this place.

Amazing place to stay!

My family loved our stay at this condo. This place literally has it all. Fully equipped kitchen and extra linens. There is a storage closet on the premises that has every kind of beach item you could ever want. Kids toys and umbrellas and also had a wagon to haul it all to the beach. Which was literally across the street. The unit is very close to a lot of food options from pizza to ice cream and a coffee shop. The pool was nice and my kids loved it. Super clean and never over crowded. Another great part of this place is you get your own parking space. It sits underneath the condo which means it’s covered and that is worth it’s weight on gold in the Florida heat. I can’t say enough about this place. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Indian Rocks Beach

Another nice stay in IRB

Our 4th or 5th time staying here. Great location for what we wish to do. The condo is comfortable and well equipped for longer stays. Jeff and Vicky are always responsive if needed and excellent hosts. This year the big screen tv actually went kaput moments after turning it on and a new one arrived the next day. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing Property!!

I can't say enough good things about this property in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Upon arrival to FL, after eating lunch, we received a message that the condo was ready and we could check in early. We drove to the location to find a reserved parking spot under the unit (which is so nice having your vehicle in the shade, not to mention no fighting for a parking spot each time you leave and return). The condo is ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING in the online description and more. The unit actually smelled fresh and clean from the minute we opened the door. It was beautifully decorated and looked to have been recently remodeled in areas and new furniture throughout. The sofa was comfy, the beds slept great, and the layout worked perfect for giving our teenage son his space away from us. This unit is across the street from the beach but a very short, easy walk with concrete shaded pathway. The unit also comes with a private storage closet on the ground floor with everything for a day at the beach....umbrellas, chairs, toys, wagon, etc. Not to mention the extra large plush beach towels inside for you to use. The washer and dryer was extremely convenient to keep up with laundry and to have fresh towels and linens if needed. The view from the balcony provides a section where you can see the ocean and the street traffic is mild with no excessive noise or loud music so you can enjoy the bistro set outside in the morning or evenings. The pool is smaller but with the complex being small it wasn't an issue. We visited 2 days and had the pool to ourselves both times. Also, the slider shades on the doors provided nice shade to help keep the unit cool in the day. I literally could go on and on about this place, you won't be sorry you stayed here. We hope this unit is available next year when we visit!

Wonderful week at IRB!

This condo was everything promised and more! Very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could need, to include great beach gear. The single beds were perfect so our girls could have their own space, and the master bedroom was huge with a very comfortable bed. Location is awesome, right across from the beach, a minute walk to a trolley stop and a few minute walk to great restaurants. We hope to be back again next year!!

Superb place to stay!

We have been visiting the St.Pete/Clearwater area for many years. This was the one of the best places we have stayed. The rental had a spacious living area. They provided all that we needed for our stay. I highly recommend!

Wonderful IRB Experience

Jim and I have been coming to IRB for the month of March since 2014. It is our favorite town for many reasons. Vicky's place was our favorite. They have completely refurbished the kitchen and living area beautifully. In fact, new furniture arrived in time for our stay. For a unit facing Gulf Blvd, it was extremely quiet due to newly installed hurricane windows! What a pleasure. On days when I was too lazy to walk across the street to see the sunset, I could catch a glimpse from our balcony! We did not want for a thing as the condo was very well stocked. Important for us was the sheer convenience of walking to favorite local eateries and The Art Center, and most of all a wonderful king bed in the master bedroom. The owners, Vicky and her husband, were responsive to any need, including letting us know the cleaning people were finished early, so we could come a couple of hours earlier. It didn't happen due to traffic, but that couldn't be prevented. If I have any complaint, it's only that the unit was booked for next year so soon, that we can not, as of now, stay there next year. Prices have gone through the roof in IRB, but this year, we found The Rowe's place extremely comfortable and affordable. I realize by writing a good review I may be shooting myself in the foot, but we would stay again in a heartbeat, if there was anyway.

Perfect 2 bedroom condo steps from the beach

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect - very spacious kitchen equipped with anything you might need, 2 dining areas, lovely furniture and best feature was its proximity to the beach and great restaurants on Indian Rocks Beach.

Property is great ! A suggestion would be to put full size beds vs twin beds in the second bedroom - it would be more comfortable sleep but otherwise all fine.

Excellent condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It has everything you need for a beach vacation. The condo was beautiful and all the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked if you choose to cook. It is a very short walk to the beach. The beach was never crowded. The condo complex was quiet and the pool was great as well.
