2. If you want to add the pool heater to your reservation, please let me know (if you have not already). Recommended for October to May.



To heat the pool, it is an additional $35/day. It will be heated to a very comfortable temperature of 85* degrees if added to your reservation. The heater runs from 8am to 8pm.



Please note, Due to the size of the pool, the temperature can vary depending on the outdoor temperature (it may not reach peak temperature on colder days). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like the pool heated by your arrival.



3. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



4. Please keep in mind that the closest boat launch for non-residents is the Park Boulevard Boat Ramp, It’s about 3.5 miles (roughly 10 minutes) from the property.



5. Docking Info: Our canal is ideal for pontoons, flats boats, and jet boats, which handle shallow water easily. Please note we can’t accommodate sailboats, offshore fishing boats, large yachts, or any vessel with a draft over 3 feet. Most guests find this setup perfect for exploring the gulf and nearby waters!



By confirming your reservation, you agree and understand that all charges related to your stay will be processed by TrustFirst MGMT via Stripe, and this name will appear on your bank or credit card statement.
