Step inside on the main level with vaulted ceilings and soft lighting. You will enter into the fully stocked kitchen with an open concept entry into the main living space which features plush seating, a large Smart TV, and a stunning stone electric fireplace that radiates warmth. Large windows flood the space with natural light, seamlessly blending the indoors with the breathtaking landscape outside. Just off the living room is a king bedroom and full bathroom. Downstairs, on the middle level, the game room/bunk room provides an additional cozy retreat, complete with a 65” Roku-enabled Smart TV and a collection of entertainment options. Just off the game room is a king bedroom and full bathroom. On the lower level, find the private heated indoor pool that promises fun and relaxation all year-round.
Note: There are 2 flights of stairs from the top floor to the pool floor.

You’ll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and high-end appliances inviting you to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them at the dining table. For those of us who love to cook outside, we offer a propane gas grill – propane is provided for you. Indoor Dining Space - The dining table will seat 6-8 guests with bench style seating with the option to use living room couch area for additional guests. Outdoor Dining Space - The outdoor covered dining table will seat 8 guests with bench style seating with the option to use the balcony couch seating area for additional guests. There is also a Dual Keurig and drip style coffee maker provided.

Still Waters features your very own private indoor heated swimming pool. The pool is heated to 82 degrees all year and is 3.5 feet deep. It’s decorated with a fun beach theme and is surrounded by tree-studded scenery. It also has a streaming TV to enjoy your favorite movies while floating.

Relax the day away in your private outdoor hot tub which is located on the same level as the indoor swimming pool. The hot tub is always fully drained and refilled after every guest!

Parking is private to your cabin and there is room for 4 large vehicles on the driveway! The cabin sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers a semi-private space.

Still Waters has high speed internet, Roku TVs in all rooms - 65" in the living room and game/bunk room. You will also have free access to Xfinity Stream (Comcast cable) on all TVs.

★GUEST ACCESS & BEAR CREEK CROSSING RESORT★
You will have exclusive access to the cabin (excluding owner’s closets) by using an entry PIN pad with your own personal access code - including a private indoor pool! You will also have access to all of the Bear Creek Crossing resort amenities – free mini-golf and an indoor and outdoor pool! This cabin is a vacation waiting for you!

★ STARTER PACK ★
Guest Starter Pack - Our housekeeping team provides a starter pack of supplies. Anything needed in addition to these should be brought by the guest. You can also utilize concierge services that can stock your fridge before arrival!

★ RENTER AGREEMENT and PHOTO ID ★
You will be provided a copy of our rental agreement prior to arrival. While we appreciate signed acknowledgment, by completing the booking and proceeding with your stay, you confirm you have reviewed and agree to the terms outlined in the rental agreement along with all house rules even if you do not sign. You will also be asked to complete secure photo ID verification prior to arrival. Booking implies consent to this process, which is performed through a secure third-party service—your ID is never shared with us directly.

★ PETS ★
We understand that pets are important members of the family and need vacations too! We allow up to 2 dogs for a fee of $75 per dog (any length of stay), which is already included in your quote if you entered 1-2 pets. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats or other types of pets at this time. If you bring pets without paying the pet fee, you will be subject to a $500 penalty per pet, which will be automatically charged to your credit card. Please read our full Pet Policy in the Rental Agreement. Dog(s) must be crated if left alone. Walking your dog(s) is easy from the cabin, the short road is quiet with no through traffic and the neighborhood next door has a quiet road as well. Thank you for being a great pet owner!

★ TRAVEL INSURANCE ★
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancellation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason, we highly suggest cancel for any reason travel insurance.

★ SECURITY ★
Front door motion sensitive camera with view of the parking and front entrance only. We use camera for security during check in and check out times and for your safety.

★ SAFETY ★
Bears are in the area and have been sighted near the cabin! Please use bear precautions.

★ CANCELLATION POLICY ★
Cancellation: Please refer to your booking site cancellation policy. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Trip Insurance is highly recommended.

★ CHRISTMAS ★
Cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately Nov 1 - Jan 4 based on availability, exact dates are not guaranteed.

-Check-in time starts at 4PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
-Parties or events are not permitted on the property.
-To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
