- The Avion is a 1977 LaGrande with lots of light and ventilation
- It has an open layout that can fit up to 3 guests when using the functional daybed
- Although the Avion is private, it is located on the side of my property in the driveway
- I live in the main house and have a tenant in the casita and the studio. Everyone's friendly, so feel free to say hello!
- The bathroom window has a curtain and is also tinted so you can't see from the outside, but you can see from the inside
- The large front window can easily be covered using the adjustable hinge
- We kindly request to refrain from sending mail/delivery of any items to the house address. This request is to prevent any inconvenience from both parties, as we've encountered issues with mail delivery before and we want to make sure that your valuables will get to you safely in due time.
-We have three exterior cameras on the property. One is positioned at the back, capturing the hallway, and another is located at the entrance. All cameras are placed outside and do not capture any private spaces.
