La decoración única, esquí inspirado, 1740 pies cuadrados, casa de pueblo de tres niveles cuenta con un diseño abierto y cuenta con una sala de estar centrado alrededor de la chimenea de gas, televisión de pantalla plana con DVD y amplia zona de descanso en la felpa, cómodos sofás con la calidez de la luz del sol vertiendo a través de los grandes ventanales.

Justo al lado de la sala de estar es el servicio completo, cocina debidamente equipada y mesa de comedor. La mesa de comedor de madera rústica tiene asientos para seis con vajilla excepcional y cristalería. La encimera de granito, gabinetes de cocina de madera tiene estado del arte, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable; lavavajillas, microondas, estufa, horno, tostadora, cafetera y nevera. Disfrute de una comida casera en la comodidad de su propia casa de pueblo.

El acogedor dormitorio principal está amueblado con madera natural, una cómoda cama King con ropa de cama nueva (noviembre de 2018), un televisor de pantalla plana y una cómoda para guardar la ropa. El adjunto, baño principal privada ofrece dos lavabos, una vanidad punto maquillaje y bañera de hidromasaje. Quizás la característica más importante de este dormitorio principal es el patio exterior de las puertas corredizas de vidrio que ofrecen impresionantes vistas de las montañas. Nice and clean, easy 5 minute walk to either Snowflake or Beaver Run lifts, my truck wouldn't start the morning of checkout delaying departure and returning of keys, they were very understanding of the situation

Great Stay in Breck

Wonderful week with the family at Chimney Ridge in Breckenridge. Great location, convenient to town and slopes and the ski country shuttle was fantastic. Home was a little dated, but overall a great trip and home. Would stay again!

Our family had a great experience staying here a quick walk to the Snowflake lift or shorter walk to the bus to the Bever Run lift. Great weather and great place for our family to call home for a long weekend. Thank you!

Easy access to mountain

The unit is spacious and accomodates groups easily. Mountain access is wonderful. Just a short walk to the least busy lift at Breck. This is our 2nd time at Chimney Ridge and it's great for us.

Wonderful experience!

This property provided a wonderful experience for our family ski trip. It was clean and provided everything we needed, the hot tub was a plus too! Location was good with a short walk to the lift and Main Street. We did take advantage of the free shuttle service which was awesome! Check-in and check-out was a breeze!

Excellent Townhome for our stay in Breckinridge

This townhome was perfect for our stay in Breckinridge. Bus to Beaver Run lift right outside (can walk as well). Large bedrooms, good kitchen, clean.. Garage was a huge plus as we got significant snow while there. Hot tub was a great way to end the day. Close to town. Highly recommended!

Great unit and location

Loved being able to walk to Bever Run lift to start the day. It’s not ski-in/out but the next best thing. We also love the private hot tub. We could be down after last chair and in the tub by 4:45. Spacious unit fit our needs perfectly

short walk to lifts

Property was dated, but clean and included all needed items besides scissors (which we made it without) and there was just one humidifier (we called and they brought over two more). The management was helpful, gave us all instructions, and everything was in working order. Check in and out was quick. We did walk to the Snowflake lift and the Beaver Run lifts, but its a little bit of a walk with ski boots on. Overall a great place to stay. Would def stay there again!

Great stay!!!

This place is in a fantastic location to both skiing and downtown Main St. The house was as advertised and plenty of room for a group of 8. (Four kids and 4 adults). The hot tub was super nice after a day of skiing and was very clean and the perfect temperature. The associated pool complex was also very nice. My one and only complaint with this location were the pull out beds. The pullout in the loft is not usable. The other beds in the unit were super comfortable! Will definitely look this place up again! Thanks for a great stay!

A charming townhouse convinetly located

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of eight (two families with young adult children) enjoyed the house and especially the location, which is only a short walk from Snowflake chair. The house is in excellent condition, and is very clean. Two issue to consider when renting, the upstairs loft has no privacy, and can be noisy if anyone is in the kitchen/dining/living area. The sofa up there is also not super comfortable. I would suggest that it's more suited for smaller children. Also the downstairs main bedroom did have noise from the hot tub (but we loved the hot tub). This is something to be aware of. Otherwise a really nice and comfortable palce.

Great location and layout for large family

We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge. The condo was nice, relatively clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The unit is three floors with the main floor being the kitchen, living area, and a bathroom. The second floor is master bedroom, bath and loft area. The bottom floor has the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. It worked well for our family but would not be great for small children or those who cannot handle many stairs. Our only issue with the unit was lack of humidifier. Given the extremely cold temperatures, the air was very dry. There was only one portable humidifier which was inadequate for the condo. We were constantly getting shocked from static electricity. There were a few instances where sparks were visible due to the static electricity. This made being in the unit and trying to sleep extremely uncomfortable. Do not rely on the Ski Country shuttle, they are not equipped to handle any type of crowd. More than once I was asked to just call back because they were trying to get organized. We walked to and from the Beaver Run complex for skiing and even back up from Main Street one evening.

Great stay

I have been going to Breckenridge since 1989, and I have stayed in many different properties. This property was everything we needed. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped- the only thing I found missing for us was a pizza cutter😆. It was myself and my 3 kids (16,19,21). So from their perspective- the WiFi, TV selection, and private hot tub were awesome. There is a full size W/D. There is room for at least 10 people to sleep if need be, although, it would be crowded in the living room, etc. The bathrooms are dated but still nice and didn’t bother us at all. The water pressure was adequate and the 4 of us could take a shower and not run out of hot water (an issue in the past). If you are familiar with Breck and the Snowflake lift, it is close but not ski-in/ski-out. It faces Kings Crown road and is 1 block from the lift. Having said that, I would still stay here again as it is well worth the little effort. We rented from Charter at Blue Sky, stored our equipment there, and easily walked there. I will say the trek back up the little hill was a little harder for me, but my kids were jogging up it- oh to be young again! The free Breck bus stop is right across the street from the front door. We did not use it, but I thought that was a definite plus. My only negative would be that the garage was tiny. I have a Ford Explorer and did not feel comfortable trying to get it in there, although, I’m sure it would fit. We just parked right outside the door. All in all I give it a 9+/10

Place was Amazing

We had the best time in Breck and the condo completely fit our needs. We would stay here over and over again! We loved how the mast was separated from the other bedrooms by a whole floor and that it came with its own hot tub with a real game changer. The price was right, the location was right, and it had everything we could have needed. The ONLY other thing I would say is that the cleaners could focus a little more on the shower grout in the master bath. Thank again for a wonderful time!

This was a perfect place to stay with our family! Close to the bus, a chair making skiing and visiting the city so easy! I would recommend new pillows and blankets other than that it was perfect! Look forward to coming back!

Amazing location! Super responsive management company!! The unit could use a set of new blankets and pillows, cutting boards, and humidifiers for all rooms. But overall AWESOME vacation - THANK YOU!!

Great VR Property. Short Easy Walk to the lifts!

Really enjoyed this property over Valentines week 2017. You walk downhill to the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day you can walk downhill to the house if you get off the Snowflake run just uphill from the Snowflake lift. There is a little foot trail between the Saddlewood Townhouses and the Blue Sky Condos that will lead you from the ski run to Snowflake Dr...from there it's probably 100yds downhill to the front door. So cool and easy. This property also comes with a FREE shuttle service that will run you around town so no paying Uber and their crazy inflated rates during peak hours. The longest we ever had to wait was maybe 15min but they were mostly at our door within 5 minutes. Just tip your shuttle driver a few bucks and save the number in your cell for door to door service all over Breck. We also had the management company (Ski Country Resorts) arrange for our airport transfer from Denver. It was HALF price compared to quotes I had received from other shuttle services ($50pp one way vs $100). This townhouse is three stories which works out really well giving everyone their own space. There are two bedrooms down, master is up, and the main level is living room/kitchen. The garage is also climate controlled which I thought was a nice feature because we could leave our snowy and/wet ski gear in there to thaw without tracking it inside. This property is uphill from town so it wasn't a bad walk TO town but walking back to the house wasn't much fun so after that learning experience we utilized the shuttle.
