The Space:

Welcome to Coconut Paradise, your waterfront dream oasis tucked away in the serene neighborhood of Cortez. This spacious home combines Mediterranean charm with all the modern comforts you need for an unforgettable escape.



Inside, the open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, featuring comfortable seating and Roku-enabled TVs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up beach snacks or grand family dinners, including cookware, dishes, and utensils. Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area with beautiful views of the private pool.

• Private heated saltwater pool and integrated hot tub (Pool Heat is not included in the nightly rate and it is $35/night)

• This spacious home offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, professionally cleaned and stocked for your arrival. A dedicated laundry room includes two sets of full-size washers and dryers for your convenience.

• Bedroom 1: One King Bed and one Queen Bunk Bed

• Bedroom 2: One King Bed

• Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed

• Bedroom 4: Two Queen-over-Queen Bunk Beds (4 beds total)

• Additional Sleeping: Two rollaway twin beds are available.

• Bathrooms: Three full, professionally cleaned bathrooms.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes:



• The entire 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house.

• The private backyard with the heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and fire pit.

• The waterfront area with the Tiki Bar.

• Ample driveway parking for your vehicles.

Located in the serene San Remos, your private sanctuary is ideally situated close to beaches, dining, parks, and transport:

- 2.9 miles to Bradenton Beach, approx. 5 minutes by car

- 5.0 miles to IMG Academy, approx. 10 minutes by car

- 6.3 miles to Anna Maria Island Beach, about 15 minutes by car

- 8.6 miles to Longboat Key, about 20 minutes by car

- 12.0 miles to Sarasota–Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), around a 25-minute drive



Other Things to Note:

* Rental Agreement: All guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement and fill out a Check-In Form prior to arrival.

* Security: For your safety and security, the home is fitted with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher. A Ring camera is located at the front door for exterior monitoring.

* Noise Monitoring: A noise detector is installed inside the home. It does not record audio but will notify us if the volume reaches a level that could disturb our neighbors (above 65 db during quiet hours). We appreciate your cooperation in being respectful of the community.

*Kayak: Guests need to make sure kayaks need to be upside down and not against the fence so it won't breed mosquitoes.

*Pool Heat is not included in the nightly rate and it is $35/night
