Thank you so much for your kind review!! We are so happy you loved The Orange Lounge and noticed the small things we added to make your stay special. It was a joy to have you, and we would love to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We know the front door lock can be a little tricky, and we understand how that could be frustrating. That’s why we gave clear steps on how to use it. Our team will also work on making the lock easier to use in general. We will take care of the sliding patio door too and look into adding a bar for extra safety. Thank you for pointing that out. We’re really glad you liked the space and the special touches. We want every guest to feel happy and at home. Thanks again for helping us make things even better!

Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the concerns you experienced during your stay. Cleanliness and comfort are very important to us, and we have already addressed the smoke odor and linens to ensure the apartment is spotless, fresh, and thoroughly inspected for all future guests. We are glad you found the kitchen updated, check-in easy, and appreciated our hospitality, and we truly value your comments as they help us continue to improve.
