Get ready to stay at the first house built in DeBordieu Colony. This unique home was constructed around a beautiful oak tree allowing the branches to extend near and around the living space. As a result, you will experience the feeling of being up in a treehouse, surrounded by the canopy while staying in this four bedroom, two bath house. Each bedroom has its own private sink.
Imagine walking up just steps from the beach in this welcoming, private gated community. This house is ideal for one family or two with spacious living areas to relax after a delightful day by the beach or pool. Savor your morning coffee in the well-appointed kitchen, which opens to a bright, screened porch for enjoying the seaside breeze.



The residence has a triple seater golf cart with built-in cooler that is available for $60 per day.


Club Membership. This house has a Tennis Membership which gives you access the 2 community pools, tennis courts, golf course and the several dining choices. A temporary club membership can be arranged for a $200 per day access fee. The owner will pay for a temporary membership for a 2-day access membership if the stay is for 5 days or more. These costs do not include individual fees like food and beverage spending. Please email owner if you have any questions.

Extra amenities: Two outside showers, outdoor charcoal grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, board games, puzzles, toaster, blender, coffee pot.

DeBordieu Colony is a private community located near Pawleys Island. It is nicely located between Charleston, SC and Myrtle Beach.

The maximum amount of cars allowed for this property is 4. Debordieu Colony charges $20 per car upon arrival.
