My only negative comment is that the photos don’t do it justice. This property is amazing! Serene, beautiful, nature everywhere! The hosts are wonderful with fantastic suggestions and help you with check in/out.

Ive traveled all over the world and this was my favorite stay so far. Tropical, modern, and tranquility. You will need all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive to access the house, but it is well worth it and completely part of the experience. The price was reasonable, and the host was completely available to answer any questions. I plan on making this a yearly stay.

JB was great with local recommendations and responded immediately to our questions. We planned a laid-back escape and loved the house and surrounding area. The house had everything we needed, was gorgeous, as pictured and was close to the areas we wanted to explore while still feeling like we were far from people. It was fun to drive into Santa Teresa and we were glad we didnt base there. Our location ended up being the perfect spot for relaxation while having amenities and restaurants nearby. Great bird watching, heard howler monkeys every morning and the pool was always clean and refreshing after a day exploring.Insects were a non-issue in the house and that was a concern of mine when booking. Id definitely recommend this stay for couples or a group of friends who want to be immersed in nature while relatively close to amenities.

Pristine, newly built home with privacy and quiet. Beautiful landscape and incredible Pacific views. Be up early for sunrise! Perfect space to spend time in the natural landscape. We especially loved the kitchen, eat in space and outdoor patio for cooking and eating our meals. Butterflies, monkeys, and birds! Easy check in, checkout. You will need a 4 x 4 vehicle. We are planning our return this Summer. Thank you Annalen and Joachim for a great stay.

The home is highly designed. Views are beautiful. Rooms are spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was fantastic. Two pair of macaws came by each afternoon. The caretaker is very accessible, thoughtful and helpful. For awareness, the a/c is only in the upstairs bedrooms. There are plenty of windows to open for a cross breeze in the common areas. The pool and pool deck are shaded by early afternoon. Some will love this to minimize sun exposure; it also keeps the pool water a bit cool. Overall we had the home and hope to return.
